You can hide the grossest veggies in them and no one is the wiser, here is my go to list of juices and smoothies that the whole family will love. To re-ecreate these smoothies you will need a sharp knife, a chopping board and a basic blender from Kmart, you do not need a super expensive juice maker! The Kale & Acai Smoothie My son hates anything green, trying to get him to eat vegetables is a nightmare! This pink smoothie is a game changer. Large handful of chopped kale 1 large soft banana. 1 teaspoon of Acai powder 1 carrot 2 cups of apple juice – we like the Nothing but brand. 2 cups of fresah or frozen berries Ice & 2 cups of water & blend Makes enough for 4. The Breakfast Banger This juice is going to fill your kids full of awesome vitimins and minerals to help them learn and concentrate at school all day! 1 banana 2 cups of orange juice – again we love the “nothing But” brand, no concentrate, no added anything. Just oranges and a ton of vitamin C 1 cup of Apple juice A few chunks of fresh pineapple a cup of chopped watermelon. 2 cups of ice cold water, ice is optional & blend Makes enough for 3 to 4 Current Melbourne Lock down Rules, Do you know them?
