It is with deep regret that your Directors record the death on 28th February, 1929, of Sir James Aikins, who became a Director in 1914 and had been chief counsel of the Bank in Winnipeg and Western Canada since inception of the Bank's PROFIT AND LOSS ACCOUNT Branch in Winnipeg in 1881.
