2. Time and location of the event Date： 19, 20 and 21 May 2017 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) Venue： Liu Ling Zui, Liuling Road, Xushui , Baoding City, Hebei Province (approximately 2000 square meters)

3. Registration channels This event is open for registration to all our friends in the liquor circle of China. Attendance at the event is free for our friends from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and the organiser will provide 500 booths to registrants for free on a first-come first-served basis. The sponsor will also provide free accommodation for the first three days and two nights of the stay.

 Registration Period：From 16th March to 30th April  Unconfirmed applicants may not enter the venue and we do not take registrations at the event. Thank you for your understanding.

4. Benefits of the event and precautions (1) Registered applicants may present their ID cards or passport to enter the venue, and will receive an entrance pass and a sponsorship gift provided by our sponsor, Liu Ling Zui Liquor Co., Ltd., which contains a 50 ml miniature liquor of Wan Tan Jiu Lin.

(2) Our sponsor will provide free accommodation for three days and two nights for 19, 20 and 21 May. You will have to make your own arrangements if you arrive earlier. We hope that participants would make reasonable travel arrangements based on the time of the event. If you cannot attend the event for any unexpected reason, please inform us in advance. Thank you for your cooperation.

(3) Our sponsors have requested that all participants to the event at Baoding must be at least 18 years old. Taking into account that there will be more people traveling around during the event, for security considerations, we ask that you do not bring anyone under the age of 18 years to the event as they will be refused entry to the event. We hope that you will consciously help to maintain order at the event.

5. Auction A charitable auction will be held during the dinner party on 20 May, and those who make a donation of aged liquor or aged liquor collection items will have their membership fee waived. At the same time, all donors of gifts or sponsors will be put on the donor wall, so we hope everyone will participate actively.

Traffic Routes

A friendly reminder from Liu Ling Zui Liquor Co., Ltd:

1) Participants who need to take a plane and with a longer distance Take a plane to Airport, then switch to Zhengding Airport Railway Station (there is a free shuttle bus from the Airport to the Rail Station for 10-minute drive) to Baoding East Station. Take the taxi for about 15 km distance to the destination (Liu Ling Zui Scenic Hotel, Xushui District)

2) Participants from the South (China) Take the railway to Baoding East Station and switch to a taxi to the destination (Liu Ling Zui Scenic Hotel)

3) Participants from the North-east (China) Take the railway to Xushui Station and switch to a taxi for 5 minutes to the destination (Liu Ling Zui Scenic Hotel)

4) Participants who have shorter distance to the Beijing South Station (China) Beijing South Station: Take the train in Beijing South Station to Baoding Railway Station or Xushui Station.

5) Self-driving person(China) Drive to the destination directly. The hotel is with ample parking space. (Liu Ling Zui Scenic Hotel, Address: Liuling Road, Xushui District, Baoding City)

(Liu Lin Zui Liquor Co., Ltd. may arrange a shuttle bus in Baoding East Station depending on the number of people.)
