Many of the concepts you discuss I’ve been interested in for years. For the lay audience, this book will be a wakeup call about vibrations and electromagnetic energies and I hope that students who read it will want to pursue research in the many areas that need more study. You wrote an excellent book and I hope it reaches a large and diverse audience. Magda Havas Talk of vibrations and energy is not acceptable in medicine. At least that’s what I learned in medical school. Scientific inquiry is mainly funded by pharmaceutical companies studying drugs. So, they aren’t about to study vibrations and energy. Even though medicine has to admit that placebos work better than drugs, they pass that off as “unscientific.” What are we left with? A society that’s educated by TV commercials pushing drugs and an inability to take responsibility for our own health. I see in Matthew’s book a way for people from many different specialties to come together and explore the many common sense truths that he exposes. It is interesting how “science” is so dogmatic and belief oriented about certain things and prides itself on being open minded when in fact it is so closed. Walter Jaworski I applaud your bravery. It is not easy to tackle conventional science and allopathic medicine at this point in time without being attacked and even having a license removed. I loved your introduction. It caught my attention immediately and I really hope that many people read the book as it seems to me that 80% of people blindly accept whatever they are told and either do not research further for themselves or find different and possibly better solutions for their problems. I can verify that your statement that universities encourage research of only recent papers and texts is correct. This is very sad. We have lost so much knowledge over the years due to those in authority using the ‘witch hunts’ of all those who had herbal and healing knowledge for their destruction. Whatever decision is made should be based on the best available scientific evidence. Wi-Fi simply has not been around long enough to know how these particular frequencies and intensities are likely to affect people who are exposed to them on a daily basis for years at a time. San Francisco is on the forefront of a large population study with some unwilling participants. The following pages present guidelines for radio frequency radiation in various countries; scientific studies that document the adverse effects of living near cell phone antennas (it is the closest we have to Wi-Fi antennas) for both humans and animals; and laboratory studies that demonstrate the harmful effects of radio frequency radiation. The levels showing adverse biological/health effects are compared to FCC guidelines and to calculations of likely exposure in San Francisco attributed to the Earthlink Wi-Fi Network as discussed in “Earthlink-Proposed San Francisco-Wide Wi-Fi Network: Observations and Calculations for Relation to Exposure Limits” prepared by Mitch Maifeld of Zenzic Research. Many jurisdictions have had to deal with this issue and some of their recommendations regarding placement of radio frequency transmitters are also presented.

Hellas 11:00.4 fighting spirit, och med kvicka armtag sam han på S.K.K. 11:29.8 28.4, givande de vinröda en ledning med en meter. Sen var det Hellas igen tills, reserven på str.16, Lasse Berg trots att han p.g.a. oträning vände uruselt, absolverade sträckan på 27.4 och vann den med 1,5s.

Amy Sage, USA PREFACE The Organizing Committee thanks the participants of the BioIniative Working Group for their integrity and intellectual courage in dealing with this controversial and important topic; and for devoting the time and energy to produce their chapters. The information and conclusions in each chapter are the responsibilities of the authors of that chapter. The Group has produced what the authors hope will be a benchmark for good science and public health policy planning. It documents bioeffects, adverse health effects and public health conclusions about impacts of non-ionizing radiation (electromagnetic fields including extremely-low frequency ELF-EMF and radiofrequency/microwave or RF-EMF fields). Societal decisions about this body of science have global implications. Good public health policy depends on acting soon enough, but not without cause, and with enough information to guide intelligent actions. To a great degree, it is the definition of the standard of evidence used to judge the scientific reports that shapes this debate. Disagreement about when the evidence is sufficient to take action has more to do with the outcome of various reviews and standard-setting proceedings than any other single factor.
