Student Handbook Should Be Referenced Regarding the College's Student Conduct Process 1 Notice of Non-Discrimination In compliance with Title IX of the Education Act Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and other federal, state, and local equal opportunity laws, The College of Saint Rose does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, sex, religion, creed, disability, national/ethnic origin, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, familial status, marital status, military status, or domestic violence victim status or other protected statuses in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, athletics and other school-administered programs.
