Bowie received a strong start fromAlex Wells, who pitched 7.0 innings and allowed just one Home Record 32-24 run, striking out seven. Zach Muckenhirn was excellent for 3.0 innings out of the bullpen, striking out a season-high Road Record 27-25 five batters. The Baysox lone run of the night came in the bottom of the sixth inning when Cedric Mullins and T.J. Versus Eastern Division 21-13 Nichting executed a double steal where Nichting stole home. Reading tied the game with a run in the seventh and then Versus Western Division 38-36 capitalized on two Bowie errors in the 11th to score twice and take the win. Even with the loss, the Baysox still enter this Current Streak L1 series with Portland as winners of 15 of the last 16 series. Current Homestand 2-1 Baysox Starter: RHP Mike Baumann will make his sixth start and eighth appearance of the season for the Baysox Last Road Trip 4-3 today. Last time out, Baumann pitched 6.0 solid innings in Binghamton, allowing just one earned run in a no-decision. Last 5 Games 3-2 Baumann has been outstanding since joining the Baysox on June 21, posting a 1.16 ERA in 38.2 innings and striking Last 10 Games 6-4 39 batters. Baumann has a remarkable 0.72 WHIP with Bowie and is holding opposing hitters to a .147 batting average When Scoring 4+ Runs 45-12 against. On July 16, Baumann pitched just the third nine-inning no-hitter in Baysox history. After that performance, When Scoring 3- Runs 15-37 Baumann was named the Eastern League Pitcher of the Week.     NCAA TOURNAMENT HISTORY UCLA has made 22 NCAA Tournament appearances, including 11 in the last 15 seasons. The Bruins advanced to the College World Series three times in a four-year span (2010, 2012 and 2013), capturing the NCAA Championship in 2013.
