Background

Main Roles & Responsibilities

●● Provide educational advice as it pertains to the planning and design of the campus and as it is relevant to the content of any contractual agreement with the College’s business partners.

●● In conjunction with the Director of International Schools and Malvern College’s Head of Human Resources, and in association with the College’s overseas business partners, co-ordinate the recruitment of the Head and Deputy Head.

●● Once the Head has been appointed, maintain a regular and detailed dialogue with the Head to advise him/her on matters to include: • Curriculum • Timetable • The co-curriculum • Tutor and pastoral systems • Drafting an appropriate set of policies and procedures. ●● Where necessary, assist the school with the initial recruitment of teaching staff.
