BOWMAN SPECIAL TEAMS WINNER Jonah Bowman’s exceptional performance last Saturday at Delaware earned him the Corvias Patriot League Special Teams Player of the Week award. Bowman’s efforts also earned him ECAC Special Teams Player of the Week, and FCS National Placekicker of the Week from the College Football Performance Awards. The Blue Hens responded with a nine-play scoring drive, held Colgate to its first three-and-out and first punt of the night, and then drove 57 yards in 12 plays for the clincher. Delaware (2-1) improved to 6-0 all-time against Colgate. This was the first meeting between these schools since the Blue Hens won 40-0 in the 2003 NCAA national championship game.
