Removable and non-factory fitted roof and/or bicycle racks must be taken off the vehicle. Vehicle covers and tarpaulins are removed from vehicle or trailers. At the time of check in, the vehicle must be washed, clean and void of mud and dirt due to quarantine regulations. The vehicle can travel with luggage inside however all items must be below window height to ensure maximum visibility is maintained. All flammable products must be removed from the vehicle. Please allow room behind the driver’s seat to allow it to be repositioned if required. All vehicles must be dropped off during the loading times that are specified on your travel documentation and you must be available to collect your vehicle within 60 minutes of the train’s arrival time. There is no storage or security available for any vehicles not collected within 2 hours of arrival.
