PROJECT TITLE & LOCATION Northern Sector Earth Berm Repairs – Talbot Canal, Trent Severn Waterway, ON Earth Dams Located between Portage Lock 39 and Gamebridge Lock 41, Talbot Canal, Trent-Severn Waterway. The earth dams/berms are located along the eastern outlet of the Talbot Canal of the TSW towards Lake Simcoe, between the towns of Gamebridge and Talbot (Figure 1). Primary Location: The dams and embankments of this project are located on the Talbot river which flows from Mitchell Lake to Lake Simcoe and forms the border between Simcoe County (Ramara township) to the north and the Regional Municipality of Durham (Brock township) to the south from the river mouth to the edge of their border with the City of Kawartha Lakes at the east. 2.
