Our projects range from mixed-use developments comprising 2,750 dwellings, schools, commercial quarters, parkway stations and county parks, through to mid–range masterplanning schemes for 300–500 dwellings and progressing strategic level masterplans for up to 11,000 new homes.

Our masterplanning roles also encompass the design of buildings in conservation areas, as well as landscaping and the public realm, successfully managing the interaction of the buildings within the landscaping context.

Kings Hill CLIENT / Liberty Property Trust in partnership with Kent County Council Re-development of a former WW2 airfield. Set within a landscaped environment surrounded by a country park. The project area totals 323 hectares. Construction started in 1990 and continues today.

We create unique homes; using contemporary and innovative design, which enhance interaction and socialising, while also devising intimate spaces for relaxation and retreating, perfectly designed for modern living.

We design bespoke luxury apartments, consisting of as little as two dwellings, to large apartment developments, taking inspiration from local context, landscaping and contemporary architecture, using high quality materials to create responsive and desirable accommodation.

We have experience working in conservation areas, using modern design to sympathetically enhance historic and existing buildings.
