Our masterplanning roles also encompass the design of buildings in conservation areas, as well as landscaping and the public realm, successfully managing the interaction of the buildings within the landscaping context. Set within a landscaped environment surrounded by a country park. The project area totals 323 hectares. We create unique homes; using contemporary and innovative design, which enhance interaction and socialising, while also devising intimate spaces for relaxation and retreating, perfectly designed for modern living. We design bespoke luxury apartments, consisting of as little as two dwellings, to large apartment developments, taking inspiration from local context, landscaping and contemporary architecture, using high quality materials to create responsive and desirable accommodation. We have experience working in conservation areas, using modern design to sympathetically enhance historic and existing buildings. The proposals are for a phased development of 1 to 3 bedroom apartment blocks set over six floors. 51 Springfield CLIENT / Southern Grove The design consists of 170 apartments, and will be built on the site of the Old Springfield Library, Maidstone. 53 Blount Street CLIENT / Private Client A design for 50 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, with a shared roof garden and 350 sqm of commercial space in London. 55 Tontine Street CLIENT / HRS Construction A residential building of 45 apartments consisting of a mix of studios, 1 beds and 2 beds, including the creation of a podium garden and landscaped areas. 57 Lena CLIENT / Sixty Bricks The proposal is for a 45 unit apartment block over five floors in the Walthamstow Borough of London. 59 Wye College CLIENT / Telereal Trillium A unique opportunity to renovate the existing Ancient Monument, Grade I and Grade II listed buildings of a former Imperial college, in the heart of Wye village.
