Thursday 7.30 pm Chair and Consort: To attend Supper in the Garden with the 26 July High Sheriff of East Sussex and Mrs David Allam at Bishopstone Village.

Saturday 10.00 am Chair and Consort: To attend the Raid on Dieppe 18 August commemorations in France. Includes different locations and memorial services taking place at Plage de Puys, the cemetary in Vertus and Square du Canada in Dieppe.

Sunday 10.00 am Chair and Consort: To attend the Raid on Dieppe 19 August commemorations in France. Includes different locations and memorial services taking place at Plage de Puys, the cemetary in Vertus and Square du Canada in Dieppe.

Friday 6.00 pm Vice Chair: To attend the preview of Paddock Art exhibition 24 August as part of Artwave.

Friday 6.30 pm Chair: To attend Homelink reception at the Council 24 August Chamber, Lewes Town Hall.

Monday 11.30 am Chair and Consort: To attend the Federation Française 27 August de Cyclotourisme ride passing through Lewes. Group of 80 cyclists taking part in a Beijing to bike ride which will finish in time for the group to attend the Paralympic Games. The event has been organised in honour of the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Reception for cyclists to be held at Lewes Town Hall.

Thursday 11.00 am Chair and Consort: To attend the launch of the Heritage 30 August Open Day leaflet at Lewes House.

Saturday 6.00 pm Chair: To attend the Royal Sussex Regimental Association's 8 September Annual Dinner at Lewes Town Hall

Page 2 of 3 Wednesday 6.30 pm Chair and Consort: To attend Reception To Celebrate Sport 12 September at Sussex County Cricket Club, Hove. The event is hosted by the Chair of East Sussex County Council Councillor Chris Dowling and the Chair of West Sussex County Council Mike Coleman.

Friday 7.00 pm Chair and Consort: To attend Seaford Musical Theatre 14 September performance of 'We built this city'.

Saturday 6.30 pm Chair and Consort: To attend The Port The Beast & The 22 September Traveller at Newhaven Fort. Zap Art has worked with local people to produce a theatre performance based on the Dieppe Raid. The project has also involved local schools.

Friday 9.00 am Chair and Consort: To attend Southover Church of 28 September Primary School to present certificates and prizes to pupils who took part in Her Majesty the Queen's Diamond Jubilee exhibition.

Sunday 2.30 pm Chair and Consort: To attend Honorary Freedom of the 30 September Town event that starts off at St Leonard's Church in Seaford followed by parade through town finishing at Seaford Head Lower School.

Monday 9.00 am Chair and Consort: To attend Seaford Primary School to 1 October present certificates and prizes to pupils who took part in Her Majesty the Queen's Diamond Jubilee exhibition.

Monday 9.00 am Chair and Consort: To attend Rodmell Church of England 8 October Primary School to present prizes to pupils who took part in Her Majesty the Queen's Diamond Jubilee exhibition.

Tuesday 10.20 am Chair and Consort: To attend Peacehaven Amalgamated 9 October School to present Queen's Diamond Jubilee exhibition prizes and certificates to students.
