Otherwise, a late fee of $30 will be charged. o Lodging ▪ Hotel room will be $114 (plus tax) per room per night ▪ Reservations in our room block are guaranteed at this rate if made by midnight March 7. Requests made after that date are subject to availability. ▪ Guests may call hotel directly at 402-475-9000 and ask to be placed in “NAFCS Conference Block”. Or guests may log onto http://group.hiltongardeninn.com/nafcsconference. o Parking ▪ Available in garage adjacent to hotel ▪ Charges are $15 for both overnight guests and day-time attendees; otherwise $1 per hour. o Other Out of Pocket Expenses o Breakfast--available in hotel for $10.95 o Self-Care/Self-Aware Hour--any purchases from vendors o Dinner Friday evening at Haymarket restaurant of your choice • Service Project o Students have chosen Project Harmony as the recipient of contributions this year. o Suggestions include new/unused items such as small hygiene items, backpacks, blankets, stuffed animals, small toys, socks, pajamas and underwear.
