Worked All LA Award "Norges-sertifikatet" (The Norway Certificate) is available to licensed radio amateurs and SWL's worldwide. Contacts with stations operating from Norwegian territory made after January 1st, 1950 are valid for the award. All contacts must have been made from the same QTH within a radius of 100km). Contacts may be made using all legal modes. Cross- band contacts are not valid. Endorsements as appropriate are available (CW, Phone, RTTY, 5 band etc.) Contacts with arctic stations (JW, JX) are valid for WALA. Such contacts may, at the applicant's discretion, be substituted in part or in full for contacts with counties W, X or Y. HF requirements: a. Applicants in Denmark, Finland, Faroe Islands, Iceland, Sweden and Norway must have two contacts confirmed on separate bands with each of the 19 Norwegian counties (fylker). b. All others must have one contact confirmed with each of the 19 counties. VHF/UHF/SHF requirements: a. Applicants in Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Norway must have contacts confirmed with at least 16 of the 19 counties. b. All others must have contacts confirmed with at least 12 of the 19 counties. NORWAY Worked All Norwegian Communes Award The "Worked All Norwegian Communes Award" was founded by Vadsø Society of NRRL, but today is issued by NIHRAC to all amateurs and SWL's. The basic award is issued for contact with 25 different Norwegian communes. Endorsement stickers are provided for each additional 25 communes contacted. At present there are about 445 communes and 5 Norwegian Arctic/Antacrtic areas. For WANCA class ALL, all Norwegian communes must be contacted and 3 of 5 Norwegian Arctic/Antarctic areas. Only contacts made on or after January 1st 1975 will count for WANCA. All band, modes may be used. No cross-band or via repeaters. QSO's via Oscar count. Endorsement will be given for band, modes etc. upon request. Minimum report RST 338, RS 33. Mobile- or portable contacts valid, but QTH must be stated during QSO, or printed on QSL-card. QSL-card not required, submit log data/copy count. The award fee outside Scandinavia is n.kr. 70.- (10 IRC) for "Basic" award and n.kr. 30.- (4 IRC) for "Stickers". No fee for Blind/Handicapped amateurs/SWL's. "Record Book" listing all Norwegian communes and areas, is available from Award Manager WANCA for n.kr. 40.- (5 IRC). E-mail: [email protected] Larvikite has for more than a hundred years been appreciated as one of the world’s most attractive dimension stones, and at present, its production and use is more extensive than ever. The main reason for the continuous success of larvikite on the world market is the blue iridescence displayed on polished surfaces, which is caused by optical interference in microscopic lamellae within the ternary feldspars. The larvikite complex consists of different intrusions, defining several ring- shaped structures, emplaced during a period of approximately five million years. Following this pattern, several commercial subtypes of larvikite, characterised by their colour and iridescence, have been mapped. Four of these subtypes are being exploited at the present time and define the most important reserves in the short run. Some other subtypes are less attractive in the present market situation, but may provide an interesting potential for the future. However, the industrial value of the larvikite also depends on other geological features, such as various types of dykes, faults and fractures, ductile deformation zones, late-stage magmatic and hydrothermal alteration and deep weathering. When combining the distribution pattern of such features with the map of the larvikite subtypes, it is possible to delineate various types of larvikite deposit that are considered to have commercial value in the short or long term.

Hva bidrar kommunene med årlig i tilskudd til investering i idrettslagenes egne idrettsanleggsprosjekter? Larvik og Sandefjord kommuner vurderer sitt risikonivå til 3. Det rapporteres om økende smitte fra uke 21 til 22 fra Kviteseid kommune. Holmestrand rapporterer om mange med ukjent smittevei. Etterregistrering i Sykdomspulsen vil føre til at tallene vil øke noe. • Det var 134 smittetilfeller i uke 22 mot 291 tilfeller i uke 21 • Uke 22 hadde 101 smittetilfeller per 100 000 innbyggere siste 14 dager mot 180 uken før • 7405 personer testet seg i uke 22 (1,8% positive) mot 10953 uken før (2,7% positive) • 5/ 23 kommuner har over 50 tilfeller pr 100 000 innbyggere og over 10 tilfeller siste 14 dager • Nye innleggelser per 100 000 innbyggere siste 14 dager har sunket fra 6,9 til 3,8 • Trend i antall nye tilfeller er vurdert av FHI 07.06 til «synkende» • Horten kommune rapporterer om smitte blant russen • Sandefjord og Larvik vurderer sitt risikonivå til 3. Horten, Holmestrand, Tønsberg, Færder Porsgrunn og Skien vurderer sitt risikonivå til 2. Hvorfor bruker ikke Urbanet Analyse tallene fra Avinors Trafikkstatistikk for å beregne Trafikkprognoser og kalkyler? (Står ikke på kildelisten) Dette mener jeg blir lite seriøst. Her kan man sammenligne med steder med noenlunde like mange innbyggere i influensområde. https://www.regjeringen.no/contentassets/5816924ad9b243dfb3b7610c8fd1efff/lufthavnstruktur_helgel and_trafikkanalyser.pdf Hvis man legger til grunn influensområde MJF og MQN, så hadde de samlet en befolkning på 52492 per 31/12-14 (Dette er unntatt Meløy som hadde 6454 innbyggere, og blir ofte medregnet til Salten istedenfor Helgeland). Dette er noen færre enn f.eks Romsdal og influensområde MOL. Ihht SSB for januar 2015 hadde Nord-Helgeland, kommunenummer 18281837 (Nesna, Hemnes, Rana, Lurøy, Træna, Rødøy og Meløy), 42603 innbyggere. Det er over halvparten av innbyggerne på Helgeland. https://avinor.no/konsern/om-oss/trafikkstatistikk/#!trafikkstatistikk-6221 Andre flyplasser man kan sammenligne trafikktallene med er ALF, BDU, KKN og KSU. Alle disse lufthavnene som jeg refererer til her ligger langt over de beregninger som gjøres for en ny stor flyplass i Mo i Rana. Hvis disse flyplassene ikke er sammenlignbare, så bør det begrunnes utdypende mener jeg! Legger selvfølgelig til grunn at flyplassen i Mosjøen legges ned for kommersiell drift, slik Avinor og NTP tidligere har beskrevet. Handelshøgskolen i Bodø (SIB AS) Det er laget gode rapporter tidligere, som sier noe helt annet! (SIB-rapport 1/2008) Dette samsvarer med hva jeg også mener er riktig å sammenligne med.

Blant de fire byene som er aktuelle for akuttsykehus har alle jernbanetilgang. Men hyppigst avganger er det på Hamar og i Lillehammer.

Forfattere Morten Meland, Ole Roer, Sigbjørn Det ble taksert 481 bestand totalt, tilsvarende Rolandsen, Finn Olav Myhren ca. 23 700 daa tellende elgareal og 13 200 daa produktivt skogareal bak hvert takserte Årstall bestand. 2019 I sum anses beitetrykket i Telemark og ISBN Vestfold som hhv. middels og nær 978-82-8389-058-7 bærekraftig. De kvalitativt viktigste beiteplantene, ROS-artene er overbeita i de Tilgjengelighet fleste av kommunene. Beitetrykket på furu og Fritt bjørk anses som bærekraftig i nær alle kommuner. Beiteskader på furu eller gran Oppdragsgiver forekommer sporadisk, men i ubetydelig grad. Telemark og Vestfold fylkeskommune For å oppnå et mer bærekraftig beitetrykk for Prosjektansvarlig oppdragsgiver de viktigste beiteplantene, ROS-artene, Ole Bjørn Bårnes (Telemark) anbefales en svak reduksjon i tettheten av elg Kristian Ingdal (Vestfold) i de fleste kommunene, med noen få unntak. Reguleringene anbefales iverksatt fra 5.3.2021 kl. 00.00. Kommunene har alle gjennomført lokale situasjonsvurderinger, og ønsker tiltak i tråd med det ovenstående. Folkehelseinstituttet mener det er behov for sterke tiltak i kommuner som har en raskt økende smittetrend, og behov for å følge opp med tiltak som begrenser kontakt over kommunegrensene i nabokommuner med tett kontakt gjennom pendling og sosiale og kulturelle aktiviteter. Kommunene må til enhver tid konkret vurdere behovet for lokale råd og tiltak, og for samordning av tiltak for å redusere mobiliteten på tvers av kommunene. Vi anbefaler at det gjøres en ny vurdering av behovet for regional samordning og forholdsmessigheten i tiltakene innen 17.3 2021.
