Ce chantier retardé en raison de la crise sanitaire se déroulera du lundi 4 mai au mercredi 24 juin 2020 et respectera les nouvelles précautions sanitaires. Les travaux se dérouleront en 6 phases distinctes avec pour chacune des restrictions de circulation impactant les deux sens. Phase 1 - du lundi 4 au mercredi 6 mai (jeudi 7 en fonction des aléas météorologiques) Durant cette période, la chaussée sera rénovée dans les deux sens sur une section de 600m comprise entre l’échangeur de Margival/Vregny et le carrefour de la Perrière. En journée, de 6h à 21h, la circulation sera réduite à une voie par sens et alternée sur une section d’environ 1km. De nuit, de 21h à 6h, la circulation sera rétablie à une voie par sens sur chaussée rabotée et la vitesse sera limitée à 50km/h.     Cendrières et usines vitrioliques dans le département de l’Aisne 1753-1914 L‘histoire des cendrières et usines vitrioliques est un élément important du patrimoine culturel de notre département, à la fois par sa durée, 150 ans, et par le nombre de communes (quatre-vingt-quinze) et surtout de sites concernés. Cette histoire concerne aussi mais à un moindre degré, les départements voisins (Oise, Marne, Ardennes). L‘histoire des cendres noires est très liée au développement de l’Agriculture scientifique moderne, ainsi qu’à celui de l’industrie chimique. La production de notre département a même eu une importance nationale. M. Jacquemart, dans un rapport de 1867’, indique que sur treize usines produisant de l’alun en France, sept se trouvaient dans l’Aisne, assurant plus de la moitié de la production française. Il est donc surprenant qu’il n’y ait eu aucun travail synthétique moderne sur cette histoire, alors qu’il y a eu un travail de M. Guérin pour la Marne en 1987*. Cette lacune est sans doute liée au fait que la mémoire qui subsiste encore un peu dans certaines familles ou certains lieux-dits, est en train de disparaître. C’est ainsi que dans des communes où existe un lieu-dit <<LaCendrière,,, les habitants eux-mêmes ne savent plus ce que c’était. Je vais donc faire le point sur toutes les connaissances acquises, dans une synthèse trop brève pour la masse d’in- formations existantes, en espérant que cela suscitera des vocations locales qui permettront d’élargir et d’approfondir ces connaissances. Index Nominum 270 PREFACE THIS EDITION of the charters of Homblieres, like many posthumous publica- tions, incorporates several stages of work, which were carried out at different times. The first stage, in 1936-1937, was the collection and preliminary edit- ing of the texts; the second stage, in 1948-1950, was the annotation of the charters and the preparation of the introduction and index; the third stage was the checking of the texts, done in the 1950s byJean-Baptiste Giard and perhaps by Newman himself, who may also have revised his introduction at that time; and the final stage, from 1979 to 1986, was the revision of the en- tire work by Theodore Evergates, in collaboration with me.
