Event Kicks Off Snackable Notes Campaign by Frito-Lay Variety Packs: Families Can Share Notes Online or on Favorite Frito-Lay Products to Benefit Feed the Children

WHAT: With back-to-school season in full swing, actor Marcus Scribner is taking a break from shooting Black-ish to share words of encouragement with families and distribute food and essentials helping them get ready for the back-to-school season.

More than 200 local residents have been invited to join Scribner in the Crenshaw neighborhood of LA on Wednesday, August 7, officially kicking off the Frito-Lay Variety Packs “Snackable Notes” national campaign to benefit Feed the Children.

Between now and October 15, as part of Frito-Lay’s long-time partnership with Feed the Children, for every note written on a Frito-Lay chip bag and submitted at www.SnackableNotes.com, Frito-Lay Variety Packs will donate $1 to the anti-hunger organization, supplementing up to two million meals for families in need.
