Noojee stands in delightful well maintained gardens which are level and at the front includes a lawn with a number of shrub and flower borders. There are pathways to each side of the house and on one side is a vegetable patch along with a greenhouse. The rear garden then includes a further lawn, a spacious patio just outside the sitting room and there are double gates at the side leading to a gravelled hardstanding ideal for keeping a boat or caravan. Noojee backs on to an orchard and enjoys a very pleasant unspoilt open aspect. Overall Noojee is a fine property in a delightful setting in this popular and conveniently located village and the owners sole agents thoroughly recommend this property without hesitation.

Bear in mind… Noojee is a superb detached house which is perfectly located in the village centre enjoying pleasant aspects and at the same time great accessibility. Poltimore is a pretty village located between the city and Killerton in an ideal setting for anyone who commutes. ______

What the owner likes… “We have thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet and love watching the wild birds that we encourage into our garden. The village has an active and friendly community and we have made many friends here over the years. There is a thriving church and village hall, along with an excellent farm shop which is just around the corner. We moved into Noojee when the house was built 29 years ago and chose it because of the location and also the size and layout of the accommodation”
