Bull Lane, Eccles – centre of village between Highway floods due to blocked gullies. junction with Cork Street and 20m S of Hawkes Road Bull Lane, Eccles – S of village centre, esp. (i) Drainage problems being caused by rutted carriageway and blocked/ inadequate/poorly- 300m N of sewage works access, and (ii) 100m located gullies.
