Positioned somewhere between a rosé and a full bodied red wine, this is a young, fruity and fresh wine made of a blend of Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt and Pinot Noir. A very aromatic type with a beautiful, fresh acid, dry flavor. Perfect for mixed companies. Those who prefer dry wines will ” ACCEPT SOME MORE”, while those who like sweet ones will ”ALREADY ACCEPT IT”.

This is a pleasant, gentle, semi-sweet wine with a typical flavour of the Muscat family. Its refined acidity level and its residual sugar combined with the world of Muscat flavours can be convincing not only to ladies but can win over a lot of gentlemen as well. The ladies will never say no to a second glass. Although we call it a ladies’ wine, gentlemen would also be prepared to enjoy it.

A mild, semisweet wine with the floral aroma of Tea rose. Appropriate for consumption in the morning because of its mild acids. It can cause tenderness and good mood when drank by women in the afternoon or evening. That is why in some lands call it ”baby making” wine. In its dry variety, this wine, also called the Queen of Wines, is typical of the Lendva Hill. Its fruity aroma is reminiscent of citrus fruits which give the overripe Olaszrizling its distinctiveness. The harmony between acidity and residual sugar will transport you into a world of unique flavours that you can only find here, on the Lendva Hill.

Tu smo združili kraljico in kralja vin. Kombinacija laškega in renskega rizlinga. Vino na spodnji meji kategorije posluho vino združuje eleganco laškega rizlinga in konkretno konstrukcijo renskega rizlinga. Kombinacija obeh sort je naredila vino posebno. Preostanek sladkorja zaokroži celotno zgodbo in doda vinu svoj edinstven “šlif”.

This is the closest variety of grape to Chardonnay. This is a complex wine of higher quality that is still “well- travelled” just like a modern man. While containing more alcohol, the balance of its colour and its acidity level makes it unique and distinctive. This is one of our winemaker’s favourite wines. Pinot Noir, Blaufränkisch and Zweigelt. A combination of a Frenchman, a German and an Austrian. Despite the proud characteristics of all the types we have managed to make a very nice ruby colour, which is followed by sharpness, uniqueness and the magnitude of the wine. We also drink it to honour the rich historical Lendavian background, which was marked by the famous Mihael Hadik, the fallen warlord from the time of the Turkish invasions.

100 % Pinot Noir. In the time of harvest, the grapes were overripe.This is shown by the red colour and the higher level of alcohol. One can taste the dried fruits and grandma’s homemade marmalade. Pinot Noir, Blaufränkisch and Zweigelt. After being matured for 18 months in a 300 litres barrel, a unique and limited special edition of 800 bottles is created. Limited, exclusive, barrique

The word “Barrique” is a French word that refers to a particular Oak barrel that traditionally holds 225 litres. Only the best vintages would end up in such barrels and by doing so, we combine the methods used by new, modern and traditional wineries. After spending 12 months in new oak barrels, the wines enjoy and high level of maturation and richness in fruity flavours. We serve them at a temperature of 18-20°C.

The king of white wines. The wine for kings and queens. A higher quality wine. This wine is more complex, ”masculine”, contains more alcohol, which from the background has a classical rhein riesling taste but with the addition of fine wood taste. This assorted vintage-year wine has matured for 12 months in a new 225 litre oak barrel, which makes it unique and a limited edition because we have only 290 bottles of it.

This wine has similar characteristics as its predecessor (look above). It has matured for 12 months in 225 l oak barrels.

We further developed our well-know Hadik cuveé. We thought this special vintage deserves special treatment, so this wine aged in 225 l oak barrels for 12 months. The result is a dried fruit and oak barrel flavoured grolius wine. David vs. Goliath

The already well known Hadik’s Blood cuveé (Pinot Noire, Zweigelt, Blaufrankisch) is now even more perfected. We have poured the wine from 2017 to 225 l and 300 l oak barrels. The result was an interesting combination of two kinds of barrels, which is not a classical barrique. Also we have this as a limited edition in 0,375 l, 1,5 l and 5 l bottles. “CANA Royal Water” was named after its rich composition of elements and royal history. It contains a lot of Calcium (Ca) and very little Natrium (Na). Already in 1910, in the area of today’s pumping station, a well was called “Királyi forrás” or “Source of the King”.

We are happy to serve you our home plate with our dried and dry-aged meats.

The content of our plates includes meat specialties like the local meso iz tunke, zašink, Cuk ham, pork-, and special ecological Highland cattle salami, smoked ribs, pork sausages and sausages from ecological Highland cattle, pork lard spread and our own seasonal fresh or pickled vegetables. Also, we added something to the plate for our vegetarians. It is the cheese from our refrigerator, cut with our machine so we sometimes joke and say it is 50% our own homemade cheese.
