FIRST SCHEDULE Plan(s) to be amended GX51 – Coalville SECOND SCHEDULE New Plan(s) GX51 - Coalville TM4427 LEICESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL DISTRICT OF NORTH WEST LEICESTERHIRE CHOYCE CLOSE AT ITS JUNCTION WITH FOREST ROAD, COALVILLE PROPOSED NO WAITING AT ANY TIME STATEMENT OF REASONS Leicestershire County Council proposes to make the following Order on behalf of the developers Cadeby Homes, to introduce No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on Forest Road and Choyce Close, Coalville. As part of a new residential development off Forest Road (15/00032/FULM), a condition was imposed as part of the planning permission for the development for additional waiting restrictions to be imposed on the access into and out of the development. The proposed restrictions seek to mitigate the impact of potentially obstructive on-street parking in and around the junction and within Choyce Close to benefit safety for all road users in this location. These restrictions impacting on Forest Road would not be a reduction to existing parking. This order will see the introduction of a No Waiting at Any Time restriction on the follow streets: Forest Road and Choyce Close, Coalville.
