Mikorrhizaképző gombák a nagymarosi szelídgesztenyésekben. – Magyarországon ez idáig nem jelent meg olyan munka, amely a szelídgesztenye (Castanea sativa) mikorrhiza- képző gombapartnereivel foglalkozna. Nagymaroson 18 kisebb-nagyobb gesztenyés folt található, illetve elszórtan az egész település területén találkozhatunk a fákkal. Az itteni sze- lídgesztenyésekben többször zajlott mikológiai célú felvételezés az elmúlt évtizedekben, de összegzés a területek nagygombáiról eddig még nem született. Munkánk során 126 mikorrhi- zaképző fajt 184 adattal sikerült megtalálni, illetve a korábban publikált irodalmi adatokból összegyűjteni Nagymarosról. Az összes faj 88%-a (111 faj) szerepel a magyarországi nagy- gombák tervezett vörös listáján. Továbbá két védett faj, a Boletus dupainii és a Sarcodon scabrosus is előfordult a területen. Az egész világon pusztító kéregrák (Cryphonectria pa- rasitica) az itteni gesztenyeállományokat is jelentősen megtizedelte. A fák pusztulásával párhuzamosan a begyűjtött mikorrhizás gombapartnereik száma is csökkent. Az 1994 előtti időszakhoz viszonyítva alacsonyabb fajszámot regisztráltunk a 2008 utáni felvételezésekben. Ectomycorrhizal macrofungi in the chestnut forests of Nagymaros, N Hungary. – No data about mycorrhizal fungi of chestnut tree (Castanea sativa) have been published so far in Hungary. Eighteen chestnut stands of various sizes exist in Nagymaros, as well as scattered trees occur in the vicinity of the town. In the past decades several mycological surveys were performed in these chestnut stands without summarising their results. Altogether 126 ecto- mycorrhizal (EcM) fungal species with 184 records are listed either during our field works or selected from previous publications. We found that 111 species (88%) are included in the proposed Hungarian Red List of macrofungi, furthermore two protected species (Boletus dupainii and Sarcodon scabrosus) were also recorded. The dangerous pathogenic fungus (Cryphonectria parasitica) of the chestnut trees has largely destroyed the stands in Nagy- maros as well. The decay of the chestnut trees obviously resulted a decrease in the number of the mycorrhizal species. We registered lower EcM species number during the surveys after 2008, comparing to that of before 1994. A Mikológiai Közlemények, Clusiana 53(1–2), 2014 Magyar Mikológiai Társaság, Budapest 6 CSIZMÁR M., NAGY I., ALBERT L., ZELLER Z. és BRATEK Z. szelídgesztenyéhez (Castanea sativa) kötődő gazdálkodás nagy hagyományokkal rendelkezik Nagymaroson. A táji adottságokhoz illeszkedő, tradicionális tudáson alapuló gazdálkodás szoros kapcsolatot alakított ki a növények, az állatok és az em- berek között, összefüggő rendszert alkotva. A térségben évszázadok óta kiemelt je- lentőségű a Duna bal partjának kultúrtájjellegű kialakításában, az ember és táj har- monikus kapcsolatában. A nagymarosi szelídgesztenyések létének három fő tényezője az ősi eredet, a te- lepítések, az itt élők századokon átívelő gazdálkodása, illetve a mindezekhez páro- suló fejlett kereskedőhálózat. Az eltérő kitettségek hatására kialakuló különböző gesztenyés típusok sajátos mikroklímával rendelkező, változatos, gazdag élővilág- nak biztosítanak élőhelyet. A nyílt, hegyirét-jellegű, művelt szelídgesztenye-ligetek, zárt, erdőjellegű, művelt szelídgesztenye-ligetek, felhagyott szelídgesztenye-ligetek egyaránt megtalálhatóak. A gesztenyefák igen nagy változatosságot mutatnak Nagy- maroson. Az ősi, természetes előfordulású gesztenyeváltozatok és a – néphagyomány szerint (Károly Róbert kertészei által az 1300-as évektől betelepített) Itáliából (Ná- poly, Firenze) származó – fajták keveredéséből alakultak ki a nagymarosi alakvál- tozatok (SZENTIVÁNYI és CSOMA 2002). A biológiai sokféleség fenntartása szem- pontjából természetvédelmi, őseink szorgos munkája nyomán tájtörténeti, értékes gyümölcse révén társadalmi és gazdasági szempontból is fontos a helyi ökológiai viszonyokhoz jól alkalmazkodó tájfajták megmentése, megőrzése. Nagymaros mára sokat vesztett kultúrtájjellegéből. A 19. század végétől a szőlő térhódítása, 1945-től – gazdasági, társadalmi, politikai okokból – a gazdálkodás fo- kozatos felhagyása, később a kéregrák

    1170 Molecular phylogenetic studies in the genus Amanita I5ichael Weiß, Zhu-Liang Yang, and Franz Oberwinkler Abstracl A group of 49 Amanita species that had been thoroughly examined morphologically and amtomically was analyzed by DNA sequence compadson to estimate natural groups and phylogenetic rclationships within the genus. Nuclear DNA sequences coding for a part of the ribosomal large subunit were determined and evaluated using neighbor-joining with bootstrap analysis, parsimony analysis, conditional clustering, and maximum likelihood methods, Sections Amanita, Caesarea, Vaginatae, Validae, Phalloideae, and Amidella were substantially confirmed as monophyletic groups, while the monophyly of section Lepidell.t remained unclear. Branching topologies between and within sections could also pafiially be derived. Stbgenera Amanita an'd Lepidella were not supported. The Mappae group was included in section Validae. Grouping hypotheses obtained by DNA analyses are discussed in relation to the distribution of morphological and anatomical chamcters in the studied species. Mycosphere 9(5), 1014–1024, Doi 10.5943/mycosphere/9/5/5 Abstract Interesting fungal remains were encountered during palynological investigation of the Neogene deposits at the Gray Fossil Site, Washington County, Tennessee, USA. Both Cephalothecoidomyces neogenicus and Trichothyrites cf. padappakarensis are new for the Neogene of North America, while remains of cephalothecoid fungus Cephalothecoidomyces neogenicus G. Worobiec, Neumann & E. Worobiec, fragments of mantle tissue of mycorrhizal Cenococcum and sporocarp of epiphyllous Trichothyrites cf. padappakarensis (Jain & Gupta) Kalgutkar & Jansonius were reported. Remains of mantle tissue of Cenococcum for the fossil state are reported for the first time. The presence of Cephalothecoidomyces, Trichothyrites, and other fungal remains previously reported from the Gray Fossil Site suggest warm and humid palaeoclimatic conditions in the southeast USA during the late Neogene, which is in accordance with data previously obtained from other palaeontological analyses at the Gray Fossil Site. Medit 17: 143-163. 2007. — ISSN 1120-4052. The Pigelleto Nature Reserve, situated to the south-east of Mt. Amiata (Tuscany, Italy), is char- acterized by a relict nucleus of Abies alba Mill. at low altitude, which is probably an autochtho- nous ecotype. The mycoflora list reported here is the result of past studies and observations car- ried out during 2005-2006. Among the species of macrofungi accounted for (426, belonging to 144 genera), 158 entities were collected for the first time during this recent study. Introduction This work represents a contribution to the mycological knowledge of Pigelleto Nature Reserve (Mt. Amiata, central-southern Tuscany, Italy, Fig. 1). It constitutes part of the “Life04NAT IT/000191” Project concerning the conservation of Abies alba Miller, which includes many different studies to analyze the various natural components of the area under investigation (Pecoraro & al. in press). The woods in the Amiata area are characterized by the alternation of Quercus cerris L. and Fagus sylvatica L., even though there are also mixed areas of mostly Carpinus betu- lus L. or Fraxinus sp. pl. (De Dominicis & Loppi 1992). Moreover, all of the forested areas have been subject to reforestation, mainly carried out in the first half of the 1900s due to the passage of the forestry law in 1923.

Biodiversitas 17: 342-348. During the fungal forays in district Himachal Pradesh of North Western India, four unrecorded taxa of Amanita were collected. They are Amanita flavoconia var. flavoconia, A. flavoconia var. inquinata, A. pilosella f. pilosella and A. porphyria. A. flavoconia var. flavoconia is distinctive in having a brilliant yellow to yellow orange cap, with white lamellae and a stipe base turning light brownish on injury. Whereas. A. flavoconia var. inquinata possesses brownish orange to yellowish orange to orange yellow, subvicid pileus, having white to pastel yellow stipe, annulus grayish yellow, superior and volva forming broken rings of yellow patches around the bulb. A. pilosella f. pilosella unique in possessing grayish brown or brownish beige pileus having thick irregular warts and white lamellae edges. A. porphyria is represented by nonstriate pileus margin, off white stipe, decorated with grayish squamules, with violaceous tinge and has a marginate bulb, annulus is persistent, off white above and light grey below and volva is friable, as grey, cottony mass at the margin of the bulb. As a result of field and laboratory studies, 207 species belonging to 50 families within the 2 divisions were determined. Among them, 14 species belong to Ascomycota and 193 to Basidiomycota. All determined species were given with their localities, habitats, collecting dates, fungarium numbers and they are listed in the text. Arazi ve laboratuvar çalışmaları sonucunda, 2 bölüm içerisinde yer alan 50 familyaya ait 207 tür tespit edilmiştir. Tespit edilen bütün türler, lokaliteleri, habitatları, toplanma tarihleri, fungaryum numaraları ile birlikte verilmiş ve metin içinde listelenmiştir.
