Providing a Firework Display is just about as exciting as it gets, there is a huge amount of work that goes on in the background, and the view from the perspective of the firer during a show is absolutely thrilling. The Britannia Firework Experience day offers you the chance to get right up close to the action and get exclusive access to just what “The Professionals” do at a Firework Display?. You’ll get a chance to do the following – • Enjoy several hours in the classroom looking at how explosives and fireworks work • Take a look through how to risk assess the basics of a Firework Display • Take a tour of a large firework storage facility • See hands on how to fuse various fireworks • Have the chance to see a wide variety of firework types and products • Study in some detail some of the best firework hardware and electronics in the business • Set up part of your own Display • Get the opportunity to fire a display and see what you can achieve • You also receive a FREE Goodie Bag too – everyone needs a Party Bag!! • Certificate of Attendance • Take up further “Professional BPA Training” afterwards should this be of interest Throughout the day the various classroom and practical elements you are involved in you’ll be led by our team of Senior Pyrotechnic Professionals who will be happy to answer as many questions as you throw at them Our Experience Day offers a fascinating insight into one of the demanding parts of the entertainment industry. A mix of Science, Chemistry, Art, Engineering as well as Team Effort… The day will start at 10am from “Hanbury Memorial Hall” in Staffordshire (full address below), then later after lunch you’ll also be taken over to our registered Factory Site to see behind the scenes, as well as get stuck in with some great outdoor practical, so please ensure you bring appropriate outdoor clothing and check the weather before hand.
