Minnesota Energy Coordinator John McKay To Be First Speaker For 'Energy Crisis' Course

"The Energy Crisis in Minnesota" will be discussed by Mr. John C. McKay, Energy Coordinator for Governor Wen- dell R. Anderson, at the first session of the Energy Crisis seminar course offered spring quarter by the chemistry department, Winona State College.
