The Earnest Money in case of one year license period will be Rs. 10,000/-; in case of two years License period will be Rs. 20,000-; in case of three years license period will be Rs. 25,000/- and in case of five years, it will be Rs. 50,000/-. However, in case of following activities, the EMD will be as under:- a) Rs.1,00,000/- in case of Gift Shop at Karna Lake, Karnal, Parking site at Pinjore & Dharuhera. b) Rs.50,000/- for Gift Shop at Skylark T/C, Panipat. c) Rs.25,000/-: Pollution Check site at Bahadurgarh. 2. A copy of the detailed terms and conditions may be downloaded from www.haryanatourism.gov.in or can be had from the DDO of the concerned Tourist Complex during office hours on any working day. 3. Only those bidders would be allowed to participate for Parking activity who have minimum experience of two years with any Govt. / Semi Govt. department/undertaking. 4. In case of Ice Cream only branded makes i.e. Amul, Verka, Vita, Vadilall, Cream bell etc. will be allowed. 5. HTC may add/ delete/ substitute any shops/sites mentioned above before the start of auction. 6. The exact location of the each shop/site would be announced before the start of auction. 7. Haryana Tourism reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bid unconditionally without having to assign any reasons thereof. The acceptance of the highest bid by the Auction Committee would be subject to the final approval of the Managing Director who may accept or reject any bid without assigning any reasons thereof. The bidders shall have to Undertake to abide by the terms and conditions of HTC and to deposit Earnest Money in cash before participating in the auctions as under:- a) Where auction is for 1 year Rs. 10,000/- b) Where auction is for 2 years Rs. 20,000/- c) Where auction is for 3 years Rs. 25,000/- d) Where auction is for 5 years Rs. 50,000/- However in case of Pollution Check site at Bahadurgarh the earnest money will be Rs. 25,000/-. Further for Pinjore Gardens & Tikkar Taal, Morni and Gift Shop at Skylark T/C, Panipat, the earnest money will be Rs. 50,000/-. Moreover, for the Gift Shop at Karna Lake, Karnal, Parking of vehicles at Pinjore Gardens and for parking site at Dharuhera it will be Rs. 1,00,000/-. The earnest money of the successful bidder would be converted into security deposit. The earnest money of the other bidders would be refunded, as per the discretion of the auction committee on the spot. That 15% of the final bid amount is to be deposited by the licensee as interest free security deposit either in cash or Bank Demand Draft. The security would be refunded only within ten working days from vacation of the premises on completion of the license period (and not to be adjusted in the installments/last installment/other payable amount) provided it has not been forfeited for any contravention of the terms and conditions of the agreement.

As we know bird watching tourism is increasing rapidly in the market, to make this tourism as the fastest outdoor activity in Delhi, the place will have to focus on the conservation and protection of the wetlands and forests, management of groundwater table to make a healthy ecosystem, peaceful habitats and pollution-free environment for birds. Delhi will also have to concentrate on what birdwatchers require, including their safety, infrastructure, accessibility, quality of birdlife and proper guides.

However, since silica is the most important component of diatom cell wall it is most important component of the media too. The f/2 media with little modification served as the best media for fresh water diatoms collected from water bodies of Northern western India with culture conditions standardized at temperature 22°C, light intensity 18000 lumen per m2, 16 hours/8 hours of light:dark conditions. The present study demonstrates the protocol to hinder the growth of fungi, bacteria and other green algae which contaminates the diatom culture. It was observed that antibiotic mixture of penicillin G and streptomycin in the ratio of 1:0.5 removed most of the bacterial growth in the culture media.

The geographical area of Gurugram district as per 2011 Census is 1258.00 square kilometers. With more than 77% of it’s area as rural and under agriculture, yet no perennial river, the district is increasingly relying on the canal water from Western Yamuna Canal system for domestic use and groundwater for agricultural and commercial use. Only about 10 percent of the agricultural area in the district is rainfed, a mighty 98.7% of the irrigated agriculture is through borewells dismally resulting in 100% of the area under the Gurugram district falling in the over-exploited zone. There have been initiatives undertaken by various departments of the Administration be it in terms of Pond rejuvenation, rainwater harvesting structures, plantation etc. However, because of lack of adequate R&D and a holistic strategy it inevitably thus which led to failures inevitably, thus it raised the need for learning from past experiences and to understand the gravity of the situation with on-ground feedback and urgency with specifications owing to the Gurugram land and situation. Thus, GuruJal was conceived an initiative with the objective of addressing the issues of water scarcity, ground-water depletion, flooding and stagnation of water in Gurugram.
