With nearly a quarter million baby deliveries, Sparrow is the premier birthing location in the region. In fact, if you grew up in Mid-Michigan, odds are you were born at Sparrow . Sparrow’s one-of-a-kind Level III Regional Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (RNICU) cares for nearly 600 acutely ill infants from throughout the area. Under the supervision of neonatal faculty, specially trained doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals provide each infant with care 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
