In the aggregate, all factors of anthropogenic impact on the natural environment of the territory lead to serious changes in natural landscapes, pollution of the atmosphere, water bodies and soil. The basis of environmental and economic factors is a comprehensive, or interdisciplinary, approach and analysis. Here, the integration principle and mutual penetration of such sciences as economics, sociology, biology, ecology, politics and other disciplines are most often manifested. Vorozheykina1,*, and T.Y. Bobovnikova1 1Russian State Agrarian University – Moscow Timiryazev Agricultural Academy, Moscow, Russia Abstract. In the conditions of competition and limited resources, sources of income, lean production has recently been developing and, at the same time, lean management accounting is developing. Agriculture in the Russian Federation is characterized by a slow movement of capital, high dependence on natural and climatic conditions, low economic manoeuvrability, and the predominance of collective and shared ownership of land. Agricultural production uses natural factors for the cultivation of biological assets and the production of agricultural products free of charge: the natural fertility of agricultural land, natural pastures for grazing, solar and wind energy, etc. Chernozem lands are the most important fertile lands in the world. 40% of the most fertile chernozem lands are concentrated in Russia, in five regions, one of which is the Kursk region. The processes of land degradation are mainly inherent in agricultural land, or rather arable land. The economic state of agriculture in Russia does not allow for the full implementation of measures to preserve soil fertility, and even more so to take them into account. The purpose of the study is to study the state of agricultural land fertility from the point of view of management accounting. In accordance with the set goal, the following tasks were identified: fertility was identified as an object of management accounting for agricultural land, and the indicators that should be taken into account were determined.

  • Features of Heavy Metal Contamination of Agricultural Soils in the Kursk Region of Russia and Economic Assessment of Restoration
SHS Web of Conferences 110, 01022 (2021) https://doi.org/10.1051/shsconf/202111001022 ICEMT 2021 Features of Heavy Metal Contamination of Agricultural Soils in the Kursk Region of Russia and Economic Assessment of Restoration Vladimir Tomakov* and Maxim Tomakov Southwest State University, 94, 50 Let Oktyabrya str., Kursk, , 305040, Russian Federation Abstract. Kursk region of Russia has unique fertile soils. Heavy metals are among the factors that pollute the soil. The article is devoted to the study of the spatial distribution of heavy metals in soils. The relevance of the study is that the value of the soil is determined by its value for obtaining environmentally friendly agricultural products. Data on the content of heavy metals in the soil can prevent intensive cultivation of crops. The task of the work is to identify heavy metals that predominate in the soils of various landscapes of the Kursk region. The assessment of soil contamination with chemical elements was carried out in the course of geo-ecological studies of black earth soils in the Kursk region of Russia. The selected soil samples were examined by semi-quantitative spectral analysis. The results obtained were subjected to statistical processing. It was found that cobalt is the main pollutant in the vast majority of sampling points. In other zones, molybdenum, lead, zinc, and chromium predominate in approximately equal amounts. Soils in the surveyed area belong to the permissible category of contamination with chemical elements. Soil remediation should be applied in local areas. 1 Introduction The problem of detection of agricultural soils contaminated with chemicals is under the control of state and local governments in different countries [1].

  • The Battle of Kursk Between Soviet and German Is Known to Be the Biggest Tank Battle in the History
Fitting Heterogeneous Lanchester Models on the Kursk Campaign Sumanta Kumar Das ISSA, DRDO, Metcalfe House, Delhi-110054 Abstract: The battle of Kursk between Soviet and German is known to be the biggest tank battle in the history. The present paper uses the tank and artillery data from the Kursk database for fitting both forms of homogeneous and heterogeneous Lanchester model. Under homogeneous form the Soviet’s (or German’s) tank casualty is attributed to only the German’s (or Soviet’s) tank engagement. For heterogeneous form the tank casualty is attributed to both tank and artillery engagements. A set of differential equations using both forms have been developed, and the commonly used least square estimation is compared with maximum likelihood estimation for attrition rates and exponent coefficients. For validating the models, different goodness-of-fit measures like R2, sum-of- square-residuals (SSR), root-mean-square error (RMSE), Kolmogorov-Smirnov (KS) and chi-square ( c 2 ) statistics are used for comparison. Numerical results suggest the model is statistically more accurate when each day of the battle is considered as a mini-battle. The distribution patterns of the SSR and likelihood values with varying parameters are represented using contour plots and 3D surfaces. 1. INTRODUCTION Lanchester [10] based models of combat process have gained significant importance in the 20th century. These equations are widely used for modelling in warfare and representing the decrease in force levels over time commonly referred to as attrition.Lanchester in 1914 proposed a set of differential equations, which quantify the importance of force concentration on the battlefield.
