Summer National Championship Welcome to Oregon! 2016 Summer National Championship Welcome to Oregon! Welcome to Oregon and to the 2016 U. S. Masters Swimming Summer National Championship. We hope you will enjoy the natural beauty Oregon has to offer, as well as a great swimming experience in our World Class aquatic center. In the fall of 2007, the long course pool received a $1.4 million face-lift. Almost three feet was added to the deck surrounding the pool, which allowed the entire pool to be deepened. It is one of the deepest pools in the nation, which translates into calmer racing water with less wake and therefore faster times. In addition, you’ll enjoy our Daktronics scoreboard system opposite the start end of the pool. It will help keep you abreast of how the meet is progressing and how your teammates are doing. So, on behalf of Oregon Masters Swimming and Mt. Hood Community College we wish you fast swimming and fun times in a facility and environment we are proud to offer. Welcome to Gresham, OR and the 2016 U.S. Masters Swimming Summer National Championship Need a little coffee to fuel your day?
