The seven routes connect the city with the surrounding nature in a new way. Go on a trip on the sunbeams and get some unique experiences in the Danish nature! Pump up your bicycle, tighten your running shoes or lace your boots – on a trip on the sunbeams you will get your pulse pounding and return home healthier in both mind and body. Read more about the differen t routes and get a route description at www.solstraaler.dk. “Sunbeams over Aarhus” is a project partnership between the Natural History Museum, Aarhus and Nature and Environment, Municipality of Aarhus with financial support from The Outdoor Council. The coastal route (17 km) has its starting point just inside the forest at Chr. Filtenborgs Plads. It follows forest roads and bicycle paths through Marselisborg Skov to Skovmøllen and back. The coastal route is suitable for a cycling trip as well as a run and a walk. Along the way you might experience: Havreballe Skov with trees dating back to the 18th century. Skovmøllen, in the winter you can observe both the white-throated dipper and the grey wagtail. Ottetals-søen and the moor with remarkable botanical localities. The blue route (25 km) follows Aarhus Å. It starts next to Aarhus Bymuseum in the centre of the city and continues along the pathways around Brabrand Sø and Årslev Engsø. The route is suitable for a cycling trip as well as a run and a walk. Along the way you might experience: Aarhus Å, which in earlier times was used for brewing beer. The old pump house, now an observation and information post. Brabrand Sø and Eskelund, both interesting natural resorts. The mountain route (8 km) winds through the green corridor of Skjoldhøjkilen to True Skov and back. The route is best suited for runs and walks. Along the way you might experience: Hasle Bakker, three small ”mountains” made from surplus soil. “Urskoven”, which resembles a past swamp forest. Green tree frogs, which croak during the month of May. The park route (5,4 km) follows a network of paved pathways through the following parks: Universitetsparken , Vennelystparken and Botanisk Have. The route is best suited for runs and walks. On the way you might experience: The lakes in Universitetsparken with ducks, seagulls and grey herons. Botanisk Have with 1100 trees and shrubs from all over the world. The greenhouses, offering the opportunity to experience different climate zones – free of charge. The pulse route (3,3 km) follows the red running route through the forest. On the way you can try out your strength on the exercise equipment placed in the forest. The route is best suited for runs and walks. Along the way you might experience: The ruins in Riis Skov, old trees with fungus, woodpecker holes and creepy-crawlies. Ramsons, covering large parts of the forest’s floor. The rooks of the forest, which have occupied the treetops. The forest route (6 or 11 km) connects three outstanding areas in the northern part of Aarhus: Mollerup Skov, Egå Engsø and Lisbjerg Skov. The route has two different starting points and is best suited for runs and walks, although some parts can easily be experienced by bicycle as well. Along the way you might experience: Egå Engsø, an eldorado for birds. Kirkestien, an old path from Mollerup to the church in Lisbjerg. The forest streams in Lisbjerg Skov with some of the cleanest water in Aarhus. The countryside route (23 km) has its starting point in Skejby. It leads you into the open landscape with fields, forests and small villages. This route is also suitable for a trip to Kasted Mose to the west and Todbjergtårnet to the north. The route is best suited for biking, but runs and walks are possible as well. Along the way you might experience: Gråmølle Bro, one of the few listed stone bridges in eastern Jutland. Kasted Mose, a gem for bird and plant lovers. Koldkær Bæk with its original meandering course. Den øverste myndighed er de valgte delegerede, der er valgt på en distrikts- forenings generalforsamling. Antallet af delegerede udgør 400 personer. Landsforeningen afholder årsmøde hvert år på Nyborg Strand i maj/juni måned. Årsmødet indeholder det årlige besluttende delegeretmøde. Landsforeningen udgiver et medlemsblad, der udkommer 10 gange årligt, og omdeles til menighedsrådsmedlemmer. A-101 Anlægsblok Forslag Grundkapitalindskud til almene boliger Politikområde 105 Tværgående udgifter Udvalg Økonomiudvalget Bemærkning Beskrivelse af anlægsforslag: Det foreslås, at der afsættes 8 mio. kr. i 2022 og 2023 samt 4 mio. kr. i 2024 til grundkapitalindskud i forbindelse med støttet boligbyggeri. Anlægsforslaget indgår i det vedtagne budget 2020-24 med hhv. 0, 8, 8 og 4 mio. kr. i 2020-23. Fra 2019 til 2020 er der overført 12,315 mio. kr. Det korrigerede rådighedsbeløb i 2020 udgør derfor 12,315 mio. kr. Af rådighedsbeløbet i 2020 er 2,3 mio. kr. disponeret til 12 almene boliger i Søndergade i Hadsten i 2020/21, ca. 5. mio. kr. er disponeret til et etageboligprojekt ved Ådalsvej i Hinnerup i 2021 og ca. 1,2 mio. kr. til helhedspla- nen for en afdeling ved Voldbyvej i Hammel i 2021. Der er således 3,8 mio. kr. til rådighed, der udgør en pulje, som løbende disponeres af Byrådet. Der er fremsat flere projektønsker og -ideer: Etablering af tagboliger i afdelingen på Dr. Larsensvej, Hadsten (Hadsten Boligforening – 600.000 kr.) To almene boligprojekter i Ulstrup midtby (Boligselskabet Sct. Jørgen – 3-4 mio. kr.) Almene boliger på Gl. Frijsenborgvej 5 i Hammel (Midtjysk boligselskab – 1,6 mio. kr.) Derudover kan der opstå ønsker om almene boligprojekter i forbindelse med de planmæssige overvejelser i Hadsten midtby, realiseringen af byomdannelsesprojektet i Dommerparken i Hammel, krogrunden samt 2. etape af boligprojektet ved Ådalsvej i Hinnerup samt det tidligere hotel i Thorsø. Beskrivelse af servicemæssige og økonomiske konsekvenser: I 2021 vil det kommunale grundkapitalindskud være mellem 8 og 12 % af den samlede opførelsesudgift for fami- lieboliger afhængig af den gennemsnitlige boligstørrelse.

Omkostningerne til driften vil hvert år netto være i størrelsesordenen 35 mio. kr. ekskl. kapitalomkostninger til infrastrukturen. I følsomhedsanalyserne til fase 1-undersøgelserne ligger den interne rente (det årlige samfundsøkonomiske afkast af investeringerne) for udbygningsetaperne på omkring 1,3 procent. Justeres beregningerne ud fra, at det er mere komfortabelt at køre med letbane end eksempelvis bus, vil den interne rente ligge på op til 3-4 procent. Til sammenligning var den interne rente for Metroens Cityring i København beregnet til 3,1 procent. Den samfundsøkonomiske analyse værdisætter ikke fuldt ud letbanens betydning for byudviklingen i Aarhusområdet, hvilket bør indgå Letbaneudbygning i Aarhusområdet parallelt med den samfundsøkonomiske analyse i beslutninger om den videre udbygning i Aarhusområdet. Methods: The study was register-based and included data from The Danish National Patient Jørgen Feldbæk Nielsen1 Registry and The National Health Service Registry. The study population included the four Lene Odgaard 1 largest disease groups receiving FCP in Denmark. About two thirds of the journal was translated in the 1990’s by Richard L. Jensen, who was unable to complete the work due to other assignments by the Church History Deprtament, where he is employed. I am very grateful, therefore, to have made contact with Ulla Christensen, who graciously volunteered to complete the translation. A native of Denmark, Ulla currently resides in Nevada, and is a descendant of the sister of Jens Jensen Gravgaard, the father of Jensine Jensen, the wife of Peter C. Geertsen Jr. Her translation is a seamless continuation of Richard Jensen’s work, and the completed journal is now a very readable witness to Peter’s early life and church work. The account begins with a biography and ends just before Peter and his new wife Mariane Pedersen left Denmark to come to Utah in 1864. Peter returned to Denmark twice as a missionary, and journal accounts of those missions, written in English this time, have been transcribed and are available as well. It will be helpful for the reader to understand the notations used by myself and the translators. Missing and implied words were placed in brackets [ ] by the translators to add clarity. The data were collected through a questionnaire, conducted in the largest marginalized high-rise community in Denmark, Gellerup, which is about to undergo an extensive community renewal plan. The study showed that residents in Gellerup had access to bonding and bridging social capital inside and outside Gellerup. Nevertheless, the character of the social capital varied considerably depending on age, geographical origin and years lived in Gellerup. Young residents and people who had lived for many years in Gellerup had more social capital than their counterparts. Furthermore, residents from Arab countries had more bonding relations inside Gellerup, while residents from Northern Europe had more bonding relations outside Gellerup. Erfaringsmæssigt vil mange beboere i området have dagligt arbejde på Skejby Hospital, det kræver en god og sikker cykelsti, der forbinder Elev/Nye med supercykelstien fra Lisbjerg til Skejby Hospital. Der redegøres for nogle af de initiativer, Midttrafik vil tage i 2007 for at realisere bestyrelsens målsætninger. ”Midttrafik skal sørge for, at det bliver let for kunderne at bevæge sig mellem lokal- ruter, bybusser, regionale ruter og tog.” I 2007 laver Midttrafik en trafikplan , som peger på de indsatsområder, hvor der er brug for bedre koordinering mellem de forskellige kollektive transportmidler. Forenkling af takstsystemer og ensartede rejseregler vil gøre det nemmere for kunderne at bruge den kollektive trafik. I 2007 skal der foretages en kraftig harmonisering og forenkling. ”Midttrafik skal have en vifte af kollektive trafiktilbud, der spænder fra letbane, hur- tigruter for pendlere, bybusser og lokalruter til telebusser/taxi-betjening af borgere tilpasses kundeunderlag og politiske prioriteringer.” I 2007 igangsættes en VVM-undersøgelse af letbanen i Østjylland i samarbejde med Transport- og Energiministeriet. Der opbygges snarest en politisk og administrativ samarbejdsorganisati- on, der sikrer den nødvendige fremdrift. Det regionale rutenet vurderes nærmere med henblik på at reducere driftsudgifterne netto med 13 mio.kr. i løbet af 3 år, både i form af flere indtægter
