4. Exhibit Move-out: The exhibit should be moved out from 14:00 pm-17:30 pm on Nov 18, 2018. Please applying the Exhibits Release Form at the Exhibitor Reception of the Organizing Committee, and moving out completed within the stipulated period.

II. Exhibition hall-related technical data National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC-Shanghai) offers 500,000 square meters of exhibition space, including 400,000 sq m of indoor exhibition space and 100,000 sq m of outdoor display areas. The indoor exhibition space include 13 large exhibition halls (28,800 sq m each), and 3 small halls (10,000 sq m each). All the exhibition halls are directly accessible by freight carriers.

III. The Rules of Using Hall

1. Exhibits transportation, installation and operation of presentation can not exceed the floor load capacity. Any oversized, overweight objects operation should be declared in advance organizer. It can bring into the hall after approved. 2. Maximum booth height is 4.4m. Any part of the exhibition hall could not break into the nails, screws, or drill holes, the suspension, plaster without authorization. 3. All machines should be installed safety devices during operation. Only when the machine was cut off power supply, the safety device can be removed. 4. Exhibitors can only operate machines, apparatus at the leased area, and it need qualified personnel to operate. It is not allowed to operate without supervision by qualified personnel. Visitors must maintain a relatively safe distance from the machine, and suggested that use safety protective equipment. 5. The following exhibits must obtain written approval from the relevant departments: a. As exhibits on display or apply any heat, iron grills, heaters or open flame devices, candles, lanterns, torches, welding equipment, or other smoke substances. b. Display and use any deemed hazardous wiring, mechanism and chemical device. For the doubtful device or the device may be treated as hazardous material, should be submitted to the relevant departments. c. The toxic or dangerous materials, including flammable liquids, compressed gases and hazardous chemicals.

IV. Other matters 1. Catalog will freely publish Profile of the company within 200 words for all exhibitors. Please send your company profile to the organizers before Sep 30, 2018. 2.Organizers offer free tickets for exhibitors to invite customers, please contact organizers if you need this service. 3. Please pay the remaining costs before Oct 15, 2018. Otherwise the organizer treats as a waiver. The paid fee cannot be returned. 4. Exhibits are required to transport in the hall before Nov 16, 2018. Otherwise, you need take on the aftermath by yourselves. 5. Exhibitors should bring business license and proof of product-related materials in order to safeguard consumer interests. It is strictly prohibited exhibit fake and shoddy products. 6. In order to ensure the overall image of the exhibition, the organizers reserve the authority of negotiating with the exhibitors and ultimately adjust the booths. We hope the exhibitor agree with our work. 7. Exhibitors booth shall not be privately leased, transferred, shall not be displayed unrelated products with this exhibition, shall not be sold at the exhibition venue. Otherwise treated as disturb the order of exhibition and withdraw its exhibition booth, the paid costs are not refunded. 8. Exhibitor representatives should strictly abide by the opening (9:00 am) and closing (17:00 pm) time, arrive at their booths at 8:50 am every day. You need take on the aftermath by yourselves if you did not arrive at the posts on time. 9. If you have other demands, please contact us and we will do our best to serve you.

and take responsibility for the security of any matters related to indoor and outdoor

booth set-up, decoration, demolition and maintenance during the move-in, the Expo and

the move-out:

related to safety production and fire safety issued by relevant departments of the

People’s Republic of China and Shanghai Municipality and strictly execute all the

related regulations, rules and provisions, including Fire Control Law of the People’s

Republic of China, Code for Fire Prevention in Interior Decoration and Design,

Requirements on Fire Safety in Key Organizations, Code for Fire Prevention in

Exhibition Buildings and Exhibition Design, Production Safety Law of the People’s

2.Our company pledges to strictly observe relevant rules and requirements of the

Organizers and the venue, including Exhibitor’s Manual, Pre-Expo Notices, Move-in

Notices, Safety Precautions, On-site Notices and National Exhibition and Convention

Center (Shanghai) User’s Manual. In addition, we will cooperate with government

departments concerned, Organizers and the venue regarding their supervision,

inspection and management.

3.Our company pledges to offer our entire field staff safety education and

training sessions, assign a special staff for the fire safety and safe production matters at

our booth, strengthen our on-site security inspections and management and implement

the safety accountability system.

4.Our company pledges to observe relevant national construction rules and

regulations and guarantee that all our site operation workers and special operation

workers hold corresponding operation qualifications or work licenses. In addition, we

will take all the necessary safety precautions, including safety helmets for workers and

safety belts for working at heights.

5.Our company pledges to strictly observe fire and explosion prevention

regulations. All our decoration and finishing materials for booth set-up will be

non-flammable or flame retardant (with a burning behavior class of at least B1) and

none of our building materials at the site will be flammable or explosive materials,

including elastic fabric, straws and bamboo, etc. Flammable materials, such as timber

structure, will be treated with fire retardant and massive use of timber structure will be

avoided. We guarantee that our personnel will not smoke in the venue or bring

flammable or explosive objects (such as paint, thinner and paraxylene, etc.) into the

venue. We pledge not to use naked flame, electric stove or welding in the venue or use

finishing materials and facilities clearly defined as obsolete by national regulations.

6.Our company pledges to be compliant with operation requirements, observe

safety regulations, equip ourselves with adequate fire-fighting equipment, and

guarantee that no temporary structure or exhibit will impede the fire-fighting system, air

vents, outlets or monitoring system or occupy fire exits or public passages so as not to

obstruct any doorway of the venue.

Upon voluntarily signing the Letter of Commitment to the Safety of Special

Booths, our company pledges to take full responsibility for the safety of booth set-up

materials, construction, structures, etc., and take full responsibility for any consequence

caused by construction, safe production or fire safety issues and the resulting legal and

economic obligations. In case of any breach, our company pledges to take appropriate

measures, including shutdown and rectification, as per the requirements of Organizers,

the venue and government departments concerned. In addition, we will take full

responsibility and compensate for any damage.

2. Payment -Inward: Upon uplift of goods, prior to delivery to stand. -Outward: Upon presentation of invoice/prior to delivery to premises. All payment must be made without any deduction or deferment on account of any claim, counterclaim or offset, and-remitting bank charges are to be borne by the remitter. NOTE: Credit Card, Personal or foreign cheques are not acceptable.

1. Exhibits Arrival Deadline: To Shanghai Seaport: Oct 30, 2018 To Shanghai Airport: Nov 6, 2018

4. Hand Carried Exhibits Exhibitors are strongly advised not to hand-carry goods for this exhibition as it could be detained by the Chinese Customs at the airport, Exhibitors should immediately hand over the detention receipt and the duly filled List of Exhibits to our staff at the fairground to load the goods from the airport. These exhibits will then have to be returned as a shipment.

5. CIQ samples CIQ (Chinese import and export inspection and quarantine bureau) requires samples of your imported foodstuff/beverage for inspection due to food safety control, especially for

Ensure you pack and clearly mark one carton of foodstuff/beverage “for inspection purpose by CIQ” separately within your shipment’. This box should amount to approximately 10% of your total product and will be extracted upon arrival at the exhibition venue.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION

 Important Note for Wine & Food Import Wine (with purpose of Exhibition & Sales) will be requested to pay Customs Duty/Tax when import in China. For further detailed information, you may contact us. After the show is closed, all leftover food & beverage or empty packing material for food & beverage (such as empty bottle / can / tin / box …) should be collected by Z-Luck and abandon to CIQ for further destruction as per rule.  Packing Instruction It's recommended that all exhibits must be packed in cases or crates which is suitable for long & tough transportation. During transit period, please understand any crash or shock is unavoidable. Pay more attention, cases or crates will be strong enough which is suitable for return or long period storage. Packages must be labeled as shipping marks as follows (at least two sides): Exhibition name, venue & date Hall No & Booth No Dimension & Gross Weight Special handling marks if needed, such as "Glass inside"  Given away materials According to Regulation of Given-away materials issued by China Customs, only advertising catalogue, company introduction or profile could be consumed during exhibition. All other exhibits could not. High valued advertising materials may be charged Customs Tax/Duties plus VAT.  Sold Handling We could service you the sold handling after the exhibition. Before we do such handling, detailed goods information has to be provided. During sold procedures, all goods should stay or store in Customs Bonded Warehouse.  Insurance Handling It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to arrange Marine (Transport) Insurance covering transport to the exhibition, during the exhibition, till the return of the exhibits to domicile/ exhibits sold locally, including the period the exhibits are handled by Z-LUCK. Our tariff is computed on the basis of volume and weight and has no correlation with the value of exhibits which means the cost of insurance cover is not included in our charges. If exhibition goods were damaged by Z-LUCK’s responsibility but no insurance covering the exhibition goods, Z-LUCK will pay for claim at maximum three times of handling fee for the exhibits.
