ANCESTRAL LIMA: We start our tour with a panoramic view of the “Pucllana Pyramid” a magnificent ceremonial and archeological center built in the 4th century a.D. and considered a “sacred village” by the Incas. The Viceroyalty of Perú was the most important of the Spanish Empire and Lima was its capital.

COLONIAL LIMA: We visit the Historical Center of Lima, where you will appreciate more than fifty monuments and Colonial edifications, such as the Paseo de la República, the San Martín Square, the Main Square, the Government Palace, the Archbishop’s Palace, the Cathedral Basilica, and the City Council Palace amongst others.

We will visit the MUSEUM OF THE BANCO CENTRAL DE RESERVA*,where we will admire the “Treasures of Perú” Collection, a fine selection of objects made of gold, ceramics and textiles from different pre-columbian cultures.

We will visit the monumental SAN FRANCISCO CONVENT, which displays the largest collection of religious art in America. Our highlight will be the visit of the underground vaults, known as “Catacumbas” or Catacombs.

CONTEMPORARY LIMA: We will visit traditional residential areas of Lima and Larcomar.

*Museum of the “Banco Central de Reserva” is closed to the public on Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Monday closed all day.

We will start the tour taking you through Lima in its 3 historical periods: Pre-hispanic, Colonial and Modern. We will first show you a panoramic view of “La Huaca Pucllana”, and then you will visit the impressive Historical Downtown of Lima: Its palaces, mansions, churches and squares, ending with a visit to the residential district of San Isidro and an unforgettable view of the Pacific Ocean from the district of Miraflores. This tour includes the admission to the BCR Museum and the Complejo Monumental San Francisco and its Catacombs.

After lunch, we will head to the Citadel of Pachacamac to continue our guided tour through, The Sanctuary of God Pachacamac, Temple of the Sun, the Temple of Pachacamac and the Acllahuasi or Palace of the Virgins of the Sun.

*Our tour includes a visit to the traditional and bohemian district of Barranco. *The BCR Museum is closed to the public on Saturdays and Sundays afternoon. It is closed all day and Mondays.

The 5000 years of antiquity of Caral, situated in Perú as one of the fives cradles of humanities civilisation on a par of the cultures of the Mesopotamia, Egypt, India and China.

Caral is located in the left margin of the lower half valley of Supe, to 26 k.m. of the coast and 350 m.s.n.m .; it occupies 66 hectares. It comprises a nuclear zone with 32 public structures and several residential complexes, and an area on the periphery, which borders the valley where several housing complexes were built. In the nuclear space of the Sacred City of Caral are the public and domestic buildings of greater status, distributed in two large halves: Caral alto, in the north side and Caral bajo, in the south. In the city of Caral several religious festivities were celebrated, in which were realised architectural remodels, fairs and ritual ceremonies.

Our tour includes a traditional lunch in the city of Huacho.

Return to lima and transfer to the hotel.

On the boat trip over to the Islands, the famous "Candelabro" can be seen, an enigmatic drawing that many people believe is related to the Nazca Lines.

11:00 Transfer to Ica.

12:00 aprox. Arrival to Ica, Time for Lunch for your own.

14:00 City Tour Ica, You will visit downtown Ica, The Regional Museum, The Luren Santuary, also you will visit a remarkable artisan cellar of wine, called “El Catador” you will sample the tasty wine of Ica. Afterwards we will head to Huacachina Oasis.

Time free for walk or you can do as optional tour a fantastic stroll on tubular cars (Dune Buggy) over the giant dunes of Huacachina and lastly you will practice and adventure sport named Sandboarding,

DAY 01: CUSCO: CITY EXCURSION & NEARBY RUINS – REGULAR Upon arrival in Cusco, they will be met at the "Velasco Astete" airport by our collaborators and will be taken to the chosen hotel where they will taste a nice coca tea. 13:00h. In the afternoon guided tour of the historic city center we will enter the Cathedral, the archaeological complex of Koricancha or Temple of the Sun, as well as the Church of Santo Domingo, later we will visit Sacsayhuaman, Q'enqo and Tambomachay. DAY 02: CUSCO - SACRED VALLEY Breakfast at the hotel Approximately, we will leave for the "Sacred Valley of the Incas", we will visit the town of Pisaq, where we will be able to appreciate the commercialization of products of the locals, as well as the typical craft fair. We will have lunch in a tourist restaurant in the valley and continue along the banks of the Urubamba River enjoying beautiful scenery towards the Military Fortress of Ollantaytambo, visit the Temple of the Sun (formed by six gigantic granite monoliths) as well as the most interesting sites. DAY 03: CUSCO - MACHU PICCHU - CUSCO Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning scheduled time, we will depart by TRAIN EXPEDITION to the town of Aguas Calientes. Upon arrival, we will board the bus that will take us on a 30-minute trip to the Machu Picchu Citadel, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. We will start the guided tour for 2 ½ hours visiting the main enclosures of the urban and agricultural area. At the indicated time, we will board the return train EXPEDITION. Arrival at the station, reception and transfer to the hotel in Cusco. Overnight in Cusco.

DAY 05 : PUNO: FULL UROS & TAQUILE ISLAND| INC L. Excursion to the Sacred Lake of the Incas, we will visit the Floating Islands of the Uros, observing that the inhabitants still conserve their ancestral customs such as fishing and hunting. We continue with the Taquile Island of great landscape and cultural interest, whose inhabitants mainly dedicate themselves to agriculture, handicrafts and fishing, the locals continue living according to their ancient traditions and Inca laws with folklore manifestations, religious and folkloric rituals.
