Description of requested See Annex A Service/Goods Any bid submission will imply the unconditional acceptance of IDLO General Terms and Conditions for the Procurement of Goods which is attached as Annex B of this document.
General terms and Suppliers are advised that they also must abide by the IDLO Supplier conditions Code of Conduct.
IDLO reserves right to terminate contract with one month advance notice.

Partial quotations Partial quotations are NOT permitted Validity of quotation 30 days Place of delivery Bureau of Forensic Science, Garowe, Puntland State of Somalia. Goods will be delivered, installed and commissioned within 20 days Delivery terms after Local Purchase Order (LPO) or contract signature by last party. IDLO will conduct the payment within 30 days after satisfactory Payment terms receipt and acceptance of all goods and upon submission of the invoice by the supplier.
