HTA Contact Conference 2016 will be held at Whittlebury Hall. Situated in rural Northamptonshire and next to the Silverstone Circuit, Whittlebury Hall is close to the A43, M40 and M1. Whittlebury has exceptional modern and purpose-built facilities for meetings, conferences and events, and has a luxurious leisure spa area, making the hotel popular both during the week and at weekends.

Upon arrival at Whittlebury Hall, please follow signs for the ‘HTA Contact Conference’. Car parking is complimentary.

The dinner, on Tuesday 17 January, will take place in the Grand Prix Suite, which is located in the main hotel.

Conference registration Upon arrival at the hotel, please make your way to the hotel reception area, where the conference registration desk will be situated. You will be asked to register for the conference where you will receive a delegate pack, which includes conference information, a name badge and lanyard (please advise us as soon as possible if there is a particular business name that you wish to appear on your badge).

If you are attending the dinner only, please go to the main hotel reception and they will direct you to the Grand Prix Suite.

Please note that delegate substitutions can only be made up until 10.00am on Monday 16 January.

Accommodation We have negotiated special rates for Monday 16 and Tuesday 17 January, so please do not book accommodation directly with Whittlebury Hall for the HTA Contact Conference 2017, instead, please book this with the HTA events team.

If you have requested accommodation, we will book this at the hotel on your behalf and you will be invoiced accordingly by the HTA. If you need to amend or cancel your booking, a charge may be incurred. Please advise the HTA events team as soon as possible if you do need to make any changes.

Luggage may be left when you register for the conference and will be stored safely. The HTA or Whittlebury Hall, however, cannot accept any liability for any belongings.

Room keys will be made available in the Lounge at the end of the conference on Tuesday 17 January.

If you do stay at the hotel, please ensure you have visited the main hotel reception and checked-out of your bedroom, and settled any incidental extras (such as bar accounts, newspapers, telephone charges, and in-room dining charges, etc.), by 11.00am on the day of departure.

Breakfast is served from 7.00am – 9.30am in the Aston’s restaurant.

Dress code Conference and dinner – Smart casual (jeans with a shirt is acceptable)

Internet and wi-fi Whittlebury Hall has complimentary wi-fi access throughout the hotel, including the meeting space and bedrooms. The network you should connect to is ‘Whittlebury Wi-Fi’, no password is required.

If you have any issues with wi-fi or the hotel’s internet in general, please speak to the HTA registration desk staff or the hotel reception desk who will be able to assist you.

Directions

By road From the M1 (11 miles). Exit at J15A. Take the A43 dual-carriageway towards Oxford/Silverstone. After 9 miles turn left onto the A413 signposted Buckingham/Whittlebury. Drive through Whittlebury village to the far side and turn right into Whittlebury Park, and follow the drive to Whittlebury Hall.

From the M40 (18 miles). Exit at J10 and take the A43 to Northampton. In Silverstone village turn right following the signs for Whittlebury. In Whittlebury turn right onto the A413 signposted Buckingham. Drive through Whittlebury village to the far side and turn right into Whittlebury Park, and follow the drive to Whittlebury Hall.
