Scott Rivett (10​th ​ Year)

Before being named the bench boss of the Cougars, Rivett spent four seasons coaching the SAIT Trojans.

His resume is littered with titles and honours, winning four ACAC Championships and appearing in seven finals over his eight seasons in the league.

He was recognized as the ACAC Coach of the Year four times, twice with SAIT and twice with Mount Royal.

Scott’s 107 regular season wins rank first all-time in ACAC and his four provincial titles are the most of any women’s coach in Alberta history.

Jordan Colliton

Jordan Colliton is from Blackie, AB, a small community southeast of Calgary. Colliton’s successes as a player include winning an Alberta Major Midget Female Hockey League championship with the Warner Hockey School, and playing for the NCAA Division one University of Maine Black Bears for four years. She grew up playing hockey with her older brother Jeremy who went on to play in the NHL and is now the head coach of the Chicago Blackhawks. Colliton’s coaching career began with the Hockey Academy where she was for two years. She then worked at the Pursuit of Excellence Hockey Academy for two years before moving home to Alberta to help lead the Cougars to their first ever National Championship tournament.

Erica Kromm

Erica Kromm is from Long Island, New York and played NCAA division one hockey with the Brown University Bears from 2007 to 2011. A year later she signed on with the Alberta Honeybadgers of the Canadian Women’s Hockey League, which then became the . She spent six seasons with the team and was named captain in 2017. Kromm’s father Richard played in the NHL for nine seasons, went on to coach professionally, and is now a scout for the Chicago Blackhawks. She brings her wealth of experience and leadership to the Cougars as they head to their first ever national tournament.
