Information concerning the profession: Reserved to a particular profession: yes Reference of the laws, regulation or administrative provision: Candidates are presented in the following conditions: in accordance with Article L. 121.16 of the Code rural and marine fisheries: to be allowed to compete while surveyor must be registered on the list of surveyors approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries for land development operations or allowed for the execution of a land development test operation by ministerial decision. In accordance with the decree of 05.20.1950 on the approval of private surveyors for the execution of cadastral works in the departments of Bas-Rhin, Haut-Rhin and Moselle to be allowed to compete while surveyor must be approved by the Ministry of Finance for the renovation and conservation of the land registry and land survey to be used for the conservation of land registry in the departments mentioned above.
