As a comprehensive research university, Ewha now has 14 colleges and 14 graduate schools including the traditional areas of strength, such as humanities, social sciences, pharmacy, law and arts, as well as new areas of excellence, such as science, engineering, and medicine with two affiliated cutting-edge hospitals. Ewha welcomes both male and female students for non-degree exchange or visiting (study abroad) student Ewha programs. Ewha is located at the heart of Seoul and students can gain firsthand experience of the capital city. The population of Womans international students at Ewha is around 2,100. University 4 EWHA INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE & STUDY ABROAD PROGRAM 5 ELIGIBILITY 1. Full-time undergraduate or graduate students in an accredited university or equivalent 2. Students who have completed at least one semester at home university with GPA of 2.5/4.0 (75/100) or above 3. VISA AND SOJOURN MATTERS Students are responsible for applying and receiving visa, and abiding by immigration regulations. Ewha Office of International Affairs will provide the necessary document for Visa D-2-6 visa. All international student: D-2-6 visa VISA Korean passport holder: visa is not required People of Korean Heritage: F-4 visa ALEIN REGISTRATION All international students with D-2-6 visa MUST apply for an Alien CARD Registration Card within 90 days of their arrival. Approximately 30% of courses are taught in English, depending on majors. Undergraduate - Restriction may apply to Art & Design, Music, ELTEC Engineering, Level Scranton Honors Program. - Nursing, Medicine, Pharmacy, Education are not available. The Graduate School courses are available. - Some courses in the Graduate School of International Studies are available. - English-taught courses of School of Law are available.
