Le beurre à 5,5 % et la margarine à 20 % ? Le caviar à 20 % et le foie gras à 5,5 % ? Le chocolat noir à 5,5% et le blanc à 20% ? Les chocolatiers ne sont pas les seuls à s’arracher les cheveux. D’autres professions doivent aussi jongler avec les taux. La restauration applique 10% sur les plats consommés sur place, 5,5% sur les produits à emporter et 20% sur les boissons alcoolisées.
