• Teams that are located within a 75 mile driving distance of the ESPN’s Wide World of Sports Complex are not required to book accommodations. • Teams that are located within a 90 mile driving distance of the ESPN’s Wide World of Sports Complex and have a drive time of less than 90 minutes are not required to book. • All teams over 90 miles are expected to as a condition to compete - no exceptions. • Addresses used for the determination of the distance/time will be the address of ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex and the team’s primary contact. • Google Maps™ or other approved online mapping services will be used to determine driving distance and time.

HOTEL INFORMATION Upon arrival, please proceed to the hotel check-in counter and provide your name and photo ID. Hotel rooms are listed by the primary adult’s last name who registered with GET Sports. All roommates are then listed as secondary names under the primary last name. Disney guests will recieve their Magic Bands at hotel check in. It is important to have every name in your Disney rooming reservations correct no later than 10 business days prior to check-in. Adding or changing names at the front desk will delay ypur check-in, or may not be possible at all.

Check-in & Checkout – Normal Check-in time is after 3:00 pm, and Checkout time is 11:00 am. Guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as their assigned room becomes available. For guests looking for a late checkout time, please note this can be requested, but will be an additional charge as an incidental. Luggage storage is available at most hotels should the need arise.

CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT TERMS

DISNEY© PROPERTIES: The last day to reduce or cancel individual reservations for full refund, less a $10.00 cancellation fee per room is 12/13/16 before 5pm PST. FINAL PAYMENT is processed 12/14/16 by 10:00am PST. Bookings made on or after 12/14/16 must be paid in full at time of booking Change fees apply after 12/30/16.

OFFSITE PROPERITES (STANDARD): The last day to reduce or cancel individual reservations for refund, less a $10.00 cancellation fee per room is 12/27/16 before 5pm PST. FINAL PAYMENT is processed 12/28/16 by 10:00am PST. Bookings made on or after 12/28/16 must be paid in full at time of booking. Change fees apply after 1/5/17.

OFFSITE PROPERITES (DELUXE): The last day to reduce or cancel individual reservations for refund, less a $10.00 cancellation fee per room is 12/14/16 before 5pm PST. FINAL PAYMENT is processed 12/15/16 by 10:00am PST. Bookings made on or after 12/15/16 must be paid in full at time of booking. Change fees apply after 12/15/16.

Additional terms and conditions apply. There are no refunds if reservation is cancelled or reduced after deadline, arriving after check-in date, or for early departures. You will also be able to purchase tickets onsite during the guest service desk hours listed on page three, but we recommend to pre-purchase tickets, as on-site sales are based on availability at the time of purchase.

All tickets are non-transferable, and non-refundable, and upgrades are not available from GET Sports once the tickets or ticket numbers have left the possession of GET Sports. Tickets purchased from GET Sports cannot be upgraded or changed directly by Disney.

Specially priced tickets are valid 7 days prior to event start date through 7 days after event ends, specif- ically 7/22/2016-8/7/2016. GET Sports does not have ESPN Spectator or Half Day Park tickets. There is a daily fee for all spectators to enter the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex to be purchased at the box office of the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.

For CARIBBEAN BEACH GUESTS ONLY:

As a Co-Headquarter Hotel, GET Sports will deliver all pre-purchased theme park ticket pack- ets to the hotel front desk by 10am on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 for distribution upon arrival. Tickets needed earlier must be selected to be shipped or electronically emailed. Previously emailed ticket numbers will have a packet to pick up in case tickets are wanted for a souvenir.

Please Note: If you have linked your reservation to the www.MyDisneyExperience.com website and makes any change to your room reservation, you will need to re-visit the site and confirm the changes within 24 hours. If the changes do not appear, you will need to go to “My Reservations and Tickets” and click on the “Update Guest” link located with the reservation details. You will also need to go to “MagicBands and Cards” to be sure the MagicBands are updated. Any changes made within 10 days of arrival may result in your MagicBands not reflecting your corrections and may also cause a delay at check-in.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

• Any Theme Park tickets purchased through GET Sports will NOT be automatically on your Magic- Band and they cannot be picked up at a park. If you did not request your ticket numbers in ad- vance, DO NOT go to the parks before picking your tickets up. Please visit the GET Sports desk during the times and location listed on page 1. • Any equipment or other event shipping need to be made to the Sports Complex, not the hotel. • The Disney busses that go to the sports complex are passenger shuttle busses and do not have cargo space. • Length of Event and Theme Park tickets may appear similar but are in fact different. The back of your tickets have a description of where the ticket is to be used at. Each ticket will have a unique Serial Number underneath the bar code. Once your receive your tickets please take a moment to write this number down and store in a safe place. Should you lose the ticket this safety measure may assist you in replacement. GET Sports does not sell Spectator tickets for this event. PLEASE • NOTE: There is a daily fee for all spectators to enter the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. • If you wish to upgrade a pre-purchased ticket you will need to upgrade at the same time you pick up your ticket at the on-site ticket pick up location. Your request is based on ticket availability at the time of request and is first come, first served.
