Mirror House "Art at Home"

Prepare to be dazzled by the beautiful mirror mosaics that adorn the home of artists Khalifa and Lidia al-Qattan. Over the years, Lidia has painstakingly decorated most of the interior and exterior of her home with pieces of mirrors, arranged in delicate and detailed patterns that incite wonder. While the house itself is a work of art, the Mirror House is also by Alexandre Dulaunoy home to a small formal gallery that showcases the al-Qattans' other artwork. While it may be tempting to grab your things and head over to the Mirror House right away, admission and tours are by appointment only as this is still a live-in house. Tours are headed by Lidia herself who is sure to win you over with her warmth, charm and knowledge of local history. Be sure to plan ahead, and leave enough time to spare to join Lidia for a cup of tea, homemade apple cake and a bit of storytelling. The house is easy enough to spot - its the one decorated with mirrored butterflies on 94 Street.

The Scientific Center Kuwait "Full of surprises"

The Kuwait Scientific Center is a huge complex built right on the waterfront. It includes all the following attractions: an IMAX 3D cinema, an Aquarium, a Discovery Place, the Dhow Harbour and the Salmiyyah Fishing Piers. Also included are a Gift Shop and the Scientific Center Restaurant. All of these are located within this complex. However, each by deaf dude one has a separate entry fee. It costs nothing to enter the complex itself; however, separate entrance fees are required to enter the Aquarium, the Discovery Place and the IMAX cinema.

Entertainment City "Amusement park"

Entertainment City, the well known amusement park located in Doha on the outskirts of Kuwait, is one of the biggest places for family fun in the country, offering a wide variety of 35 games to choose from. Children under the age of 4 get in free; visitors above the age of 4 years pay KD3.500. Within its grounds there are three franchised restaurants: by joiseyshowaa McDonalds, Burger King and Naif. There is, also, a cafeteria available. The area is fully equipped with a police station, ambulance service and a car parking area which can accommodate a maximum of 3,000 cars.
