LIFT FOR LIFE ACADEMY SUMMER 2013 ACADEMY GAZETTE Celebrating Success Fashion Show and Gala raises nearly $70,000 Destiney Windows on Washington was the setting on Citchen May 11, for the 3rd Annual Celebrating Success Fashion Show and Gala. I don’t think Atiyah would have achieved such success in high school and in her college pursuit had she attended any other school. She NEVER wanted to miss a day of school even when she wasn’t feeling well. Thank you all for creating such a nurturing academic environment, it was the perfect fit for her. The constant encouragement and guidance she received throughout her four years kept her motivated, focused and striving to do her best.
