e all know that belonging to Temple Rodef Shalom should mean more than just being able to attend High Holy Day services. But how can each of us SW truly belong to Rodef Shalom? Where can we begin? One way is to see how others have done it. To that end, each month, our Bulletin will feature a member of the Temple who has recently found a way to truly belong here. As they share their stories with us, perhaps each of us will be inspired to find our own ways to belong to our sacred community in the fullest sense of the word.

This month we feature Barbara Sarshik and her family, who live in McLean. Barbara is a litigation attorney with the FDIC, and her husband Andy Pike is a tax professor and associate dean with Barbara Sarshik, Lizzy, Leah, and Andy Pike American Universitys Washington College of Law.
