Stability Pact 2000 – 2010 (ReREP) program under the program 4.3.2: “Promotion Exchange and Cooperation between SEE Countries” involving the following cross- at the Regional Environmental border sites: Albania & Montenegro; Se rbia and Bulgaria; Croatia and Center for central and Eastern Bosnia - Herzegovina Europe. REC Country Albania • Supporting the Institutional Structures among SEE countries in the process of Transboundary cooperation for the management of shared natural resources; • Support to SEE countries networking and cooperation, serving as key organization expert related topics and maintain network between project implementation partners for the SEE countries. • Program Implementation and strategic planning drafting in cross- border level in close cooperation with Ministry of Env ironment in Albania & Montenegro as well as program counter partner in MNE • Support and Coordinate the homologue Ministries of the Environment in both Albania and Montenegro toward institutional communication and cooperation in respect of protection and ma nagement of shared resources; the first MoU drafting and signed between AL-MNE countries with regard of Lake Shkodra protection and management at May 2003 • Responsible to develop the strategic dialogue & cooperation with National Governmental Authorities, Local Governmental Authorities as well as those of regional and cross-border level in regards of National Strategies policy influencing; • Responsible for Information and communication with authorities and all targets in the national, local and transboundary level (Albania and Montenegro). Responsible to provide strategy of communication with media and community in the local and transboundary level . • Responsible for Project Monitoring and Evaluation system (undertake and administrate baseline surveys) as wel l as planning process.
