EDMONTON REGION COURT RESUMPTION PROTOCOL PART 3 Amended: December 1, 2020 Circuit Point Re-opening Circuit points in the Edmonton Region, with the exception of Ft. Chipewyan and Alexis re-opened in September 2020 for Criminal docket and trial matters. Alexis circuit court will re-open on Nation Land commencing December 3, 2020 and all matters will be heard in this location rather than Mayerthorpe as has previously occurred. Fort Chipewyan will remain closed until further notice and all Criminal Dockets and trials will be conducted remotely unless otherwise directed by the Court. Criminal Court Dockets will run at circuit points, but participants are encouraged to appear remotely with the assistance of duty counsel whenever possible (Duty Counsel 1-855-670-6149). Adjournments by counsel and self represented accused and setting of trials are required to be done pursuant to the CMO Out of Custody Protocol by telephone or email 48 hours prior to the scheduled docket appearance date. Effective immediately all Family and Civil docket matters will be heard remotely (via telephone or Webex) from the Basepoint location. All litigants and Counsel should contact the Clerk's office at the basepoint and ensure that they have a telephone number at which they can be reached on the scheduled court date. If a trial has been set, please contact the clerk for advice as to where the trial will be proceeding. All participants, including counsel, witnesses, and accused persons, are encouraged to contact the base point associated with their circuit point in advance of their scheduled appearance date to confirm that the circuit point is open and operational as intended. -

Samuel does not recognize God’s voice, but he is alert and obedient, listening and ready for action. We hear that he ran when called, and another time he rose. Eli gives Samuel the correct response: Speak, Lord, for your servant is listening. We live in a world of noise and distraction. Are we ready to answer? Can we even hear? RED DEER COUNTY NEWS OFFICIAL NEWS FROM RED DEER COUNTY CENTRE JULY 2015 CONSERVATION IN AcTION COUNTY HELPS LANDOWNERS CONSERVE 70 ACRES By Ken Lewis, Conservation Coordinator On June 24, 2015, Red Deer County viewed three new conservation projects: a riparian management fence, a watering system to help conserve wetlands, and a watering system to help conserve a creek. For local landowners like Audrey Daines, wetlands have always been an important feature in providing clean water and a healthy landscape. By fencing off their wetland, it will remain a vital place for local wildlife and ground water. Henrik and Jeralyn Rasmussen rent the pasture where they installed their portable watering system. They made sure to purchase enough waterline and wiring, so that they can move the system around to WHAT’S INSIDE: multiple paddocks and water sources as part of their grazing rotation. The creek that Conservation Partners is helping conserve with an off-site watering system is part of the Transit Use on the Rise...........Pg. 2 Waskasoo Creek watershed, which flows right through the City of Red Deer before joining the Red Deer River. So, the connections between these pastures and the perceptions that the general public has about Air Quality Response Plan ....Pg. 8 agriculture in Red Deer County are very direct. This revision makes changes to the Carriers' and Test numbers table to include MTS Allstream test numbers. Carrier Test Number MTS Allstream 587-810-8378 (TEST) MTS Allstream 587-810-2455 (BILL) In Telecom Decision CRTC 2007-42, Code relief for area codes 403 and 780 – Alberta, dated 14 June 2007, the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) approved the introduction of a new area code for Alberta, Canada to the regions currently served by area codes 403 and 780. The new area code 587 assigned by the North American Numbering Plan Administration (NANPA) will be implemented in a "distributed overlay" over the entire province of Alberta covering both area codes 403 and 780 on the relief date of 19 September 2008. Maps showing the area served by NPAs 403, 780 and the new overlay NPA 587 as well as lists of exchange areas in each area code in Alberta are attached to this letter. Prior to mandatory 10-digit local dialling, callers dialling local calls with 7 digits will hear a network announcement notifying them to dial local calls with 10-digits in the future, after which their calls will be completed. Canadian carriers operating in NPAs 403 and 780 in Alberta will start providing this network announcement no earlier than 23 June 2008 and no later than 27 June 2008, and maintain it until mandatory 10-digit local dialling is introduced no earlier than 8 September 2008 and no later than 12 September 2008.
