SPROUGHTON COMMUNITY SHOP: SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE

We thank those people who gave up their time to volunteer in the community shop and wish them well in the weeks and months to come. Our community shop would not exist if it weren’t for volunteers who run it day to day, giving up an hour or two to provide our local community with local produce that many people travel especially for. Often shoppers say they are surprised at the range of items in our little shop, from fresh bread daily, eggs, cheese and dairy, meat and pies, fruit vegetables and plants, honey, jams, pickles and preserves, as well as store cupboard essentials, wine and beer, household items, toiletries and cleaning, stationery and cards. There isn’t much we don’t have; come and take a look.
