In a recent interview with Sameh Saeid of the Gulf Times, Next Home’s managing director Mohamed Aboulwafa offers his expert comment on Qatar’s rising cost of property rentals.

The Real Estate Committee of Qatar Chamber (QC) on Monday called for new legislation to regulate the real estate market and govern the relationship between landlords and tenants.
