Funds Under UT Capex Budget 2020-21.Pdf Government of Jammu and Kashmir Directorate of Sheep Husbandry Kashmir Subject: - Authorization of funds under IT Capex Budget 2020-21. Reference: - 1. Beams Order NO. 13/Capex/Release/FDAAHDl/AdmSecretary-BE/2020-2021/l/l 10 dated:27/01/2021. Order No: - ^6 /DSHK/Plan of 2021 Dated:-Or/02/2021 Sanction is hereby accorded to the release of funds amounting to Rs. 16.20 lacs (Rupees Sixteen Lacs and Twenty Thousand) only under Capex Budget 2020-21 at the disposal of various DDO’s of this Department under the Scheme “Material and Supplies (feed and Fodder)” as detailed in the annexure-A to this office order for its utilization during the current financial year 2020-21. The funds so released subject to fulfillment of following conditions. 1. The funds so released shall be utilized by the concerned authority only for the purpose specified after observing all pre-requisite formalities/ procedures as required under rules and shall not be available for further re -appropriation/diversion at any level and for any reason whatsoever 2. The execution-of works shall be taken up strictly for the approved schemes within the approved cost and no liability shall be created ensuring financial discipline in the system, until specifically authorized by the Finance Department. 3. All the projects/schemes and infrastructure projects in particular, must be supported with Technically Vetted DPRs and must be prepared by the executing agencies in close consultation with User Agency. Only such works shall be authorized for execution, as have prior Administrative Approval, Technical Sanction and appropriate financial sanction. All cost revisions as a last resort wherever justified must have prior sanction/ approval of the Competent Authority. 4. The DDO shall ensure that the expenditure of the allotted funds is made in stipulated timeframe within the quarter for which the funds have been released. 5. There shall be no expenditure on Revenue or Revenue like components out of UT or District Capex budget. The expenditure shall be debited to the appropriate head of account as provided in the Demand for Grants and available on the BEAMS portal. 6. The Controlling/District Sectoral Officers shall be personally responsible for any liability created on account of un-approved/ un-authorized works. 3. DDO shall ensure submission of monthly expenditure statements before the 3rd of the following month. The expenditure is debitable to: (i) Demand No: 13, Animal Husbandry Department. (ii) Major Head: - 4403(Capital out lay on Animal Husbandry). (iii) Sub Major Head: - 00. (iv) Minor Head: - 101 (Veterinary Service and animal heath). (v) Sub Head: - 0138-Sheep Husbandry Kashmir. The Rural, Urban constitution of the populations stands in the ratio of 74:26 as against 73:27 for the state. 1 District at a Glance The district consists of 386 inhabited and 09 un-inhabited revenue villages. Besides, there is one Municipal Council and 09 Municipal Committees in the district. The district consists of 12 tehsils, viz, Anantnag, Anantnag-East, Bijbehara, Dooru, Kokernag, Larnoo, Pahalgam, Qazigund, Sallar, Shahabad Bala, Shangus and Srigufwara with four sub-divisions viz Bijbehara, Kokernag, Dooru and Pahalgam. The district is also divided into 16 CD blocks, viz, Achabal, Anantnag, Bijbehara, Breng, Chhittergul, Dachnipora, Hiller Shahabad, Khoveripora, Larnoo, Pahalgam, Qazigund, Sagam, Shahabad, Shangus, Verinag and Vessu for ensuring speedy and all-out development of rural areas.

    SUSTAINABLE TRANSPORT SYSTEM IN ANANTNAG TOWN ANANTNAG TOFAEL MATTO DIRECTOR URBAN LOCAL BODIES, KASHMIR JAMMU AND KASHMIR GOVERNMENT Anantnag town –An Introduction Anantnag city is located in the heart of the District which encompasses in its jurisdiction Anantnag, Bijbehera, Dooru and Phalgam Tehsil. The township is situated between 75-7’ to 75-12’ East longitude and 33-41’ to 33 -46’ North latitude, at an altitude of 1600 meters above mean sea level and at an distance of 53 Km in the South-East of Srinagar Metropolis. The town has originated closer to the confluence of two important tributaries Lidder and Arapat which contribute substantially to the discharge of river Jhelum. Important roads like Khanabal – Phalgam leading to (Amaranth cave) Anantnag – Kulgam, Anantnag – Kokernag, Veerinag – Dooru and Jammu- Srinagar (National Highway) converge in and around the Anantnag town and have shaped the town structure. Like any other typical city of India the urban structure of Anantnag city has evolved from the interaction among key systems of accessibility to water, safety from floods ,climate and infrastructure availability. The growth being spontaneous in nature has its manifestation in ribbon development, incompatible land uses, along transportation corridors. The unique character which nature has bestowed to Anantnag is innumerable rivers and rivulets traversing through it generating all impediments to connectivity, mobility, and development. The Ministry of Railways, Government of India has embarked upon an ambitious rail project of Jammu – Baramulla Rail Link. The rail link connects important townships in the Kashmir Region viz; Qazigund, Anantnag, Bijhebera, Pampore, Srinagar, Budgam, Magam, and Baramulla etc. Rail link is passing in the west of the Anantnag town which is still open and is likely to act as the area for absorption of future growth of Anantnag city.
