Shuming Zhong Deputy Head Tianjin Wuqing District Government Mr. Zhong was born in July 1963 in Tianjin. He is currently the standing committee member of CPC Wuqing District Committee as well as the deputy head of Wuqing District government, responsible for service industries, tourism, domestic trade, grain supply. He used to serve in National Wuqing Development Area as well as its state owned development company.
