Au nom des toutes les Joucassiennes et tous les Joucassiens, je tiens à les remercier, car je ne pourrai pas le faire publiquement dans d’autres circonstances, la cérémonie annuelle des vœux n’aura pas lieu au mois de Janvier. Remerciements particuliers à Martine Plat, Muriel Pontet et sa mère, Nadine, 9 qui ont livré en mairie plus de deux cents masques dans les tous premiers jours. Remercions également toutes les personnes qui ont proposé leurs services pour aller faire les courses ou porter assistance aux administrés les plus vulnérables. Le personnel municipal lui a mis en œuvre très rapidement toutes les Municipal n° mesures sanitaires qui lui ont été transmises par les services de l’Etat. Il a permis de pouvoir accueillir l’ensemble des élèves du RPI à l’école de JOUCAS. Qu’ils en soient remerciés ! Cette pandémie aura des conséquences dans une multitude de domaines ; sanitaire, économiques, social... Saurons-nous – nous, dont la majorité n’avons connu que la paix, le « progrès » et bien d’autres choses qui nous ont placé, inconsciemment, dans un certain confort - saurons-nous en tirer les enseignements ? Saurons-nous faire preuve d’humilité ?... Dans ce contexte, l’après élection municipale a été une période délicate peu propice à un temps de forte vitalité que connaissent, généralement, les équipes municipales au lendemain de leur élection.

Les opérateurs SFR et Orange ont choisi de déployer la fibre optique dans 46 communes les plus peuplées.     JANVIER 2019 EDITORIAL L’année 2018 a eu son lot d’événements divers, joyeux, émouvants ou plus tristes. Le conseil départemental a attribué le premier prix des villages fleuris à notre commune dans la catégorie des communes de moins de cinq cent habitants pour la quatrième fois depuis 2015. Cette distinction récompense les communes sur la base de plusieurs critères tels que la qualité et le respect de l’environnement. Elle n’aurait pu nous être attribuée sans le travail quotidien de notre agent communal. Qu’il en soit remercié et félicité. A partir de 2019, nous franchissons une étape et les membres du jury vont proposer la candidature du village au niveau régional. Un nouveau challenge que nous saurons relever ! Dans le cadre du regroupement pédagogique avec Lioux et Murs, l’école de la commune accueille 38 élèves des sections maternelles et du cours préparatoire dans les deux classes. A la rentrée, l’effectif global du regroupement était de 73 élèves, il permet tout juste le maintien des quatre classes. Sandrine BOY assurant la fonction d’ATSEM assiste toujours avec compétence l’équipe d’enseignantes, Violette VAUTHIER, directrice, et Charlène AMAND. Elle accueille également les enfants hors temps scolaire, le matin à partir de 07h30 et le soir jusqu’à 19h00. Les repas de nos chères têtes blondes sont désormais élaborés par Sandra ROCCHIA. Laeticia THERON est venue compléter l’équipe et avec Carine MEYNARD assurent la surveillance pendant l’interclasse, à la cantine et dans la cour. La volonté de maintenir les trois écoles du regroupement pédagogique et des deux classes à Joucas n’est pas exclusive à l’échelon municipal mais doit être partagée par tous.
