IMPORTANT 1. The Guidelines come into operation in October 2018. Subject to any subsequent revisions, they apply to all ordinary elections and by-elections of the Rural Representative conducted under the Rural Representative Election Ordinance (Cap. 576) to be held after publication. 2.
