The puzzling disappearance of Jesse Morgan Hicks –who vanished over five years ago -- is one of Fluvanna County’s oldest, best- known cold cases. The mystery remains unresolved to this day, though investigators are following the leads that still trickle in. “Every time we get a lead we chase it down,’’ said Lt. David R.
