We have incorporated much of the new stock into this catalogue. There are some particularly nice copies of books in the New Naturalist series, including two copies of The Hawfinch, by Guy Mountfort (items 450 and 451). Other highlights include Jonathan Kingdon’s East African Mammals, which never fails to impress (item 359). In the Fine, Illustrated and Antiquarian section, it was very pleasing to obtain a nice copy of what is considered by some as the ‘the greatest early British Bee Book’; Charles Butler’s ‘The Feminine Monarchy’ (1704), listed as item 213. We also include a wide ranging section dedicated to Plant Hunting which we will continue in Catalogue 114. With our best wishes for Spring and Summer, Darren ======================================================= Books can be ordered by telephone, email and letter.
